Simple and seamless
Having enquired with Glen about taking out private medical insurance, he guided me smoothly and simply through the entire process, ensuring I had the best cover personalised to my needs and lifestyle, as well as making sure I understood what my level of cover entitled me to and taking me through examples and scenarios.
Glen made me totally comfortable and confident in the package I’ve purchased, and in turn given me full confidence in WPA.

We needed to look at health insurance a bit more carefully because of pre existing health conditions, so it was important to have someone talk us through the options properly. Glen at WPA was really helpful, explained things clearly, and made sure we understood what was and was not possible. He was easy to deal with and made the whole process much less daunting.

My husband and I have just moved to WPA and we weren’t sure whether my post cardiac surgery rehabilitation would be covered.
The young woman was very friendly on the phone but said that the medical team would need to review because of the seriousness of the surgery. Her colleague phoned me back as promised and it was sorted.
