Good pictures and very quick turn around on getting them edited and ready for parents to purchase. If I could afford to buy more copies I would!

We took our 2 and 5 year old for a sibling photograph and the photographer didn't even attempt to get the best of them, not raising one smile. You can't force a child to smile but they didn't even try. I spoke to several parents afterwards who were equally dissatisfied with the child friendliness (or lack of). I am an Assistant Head at another local dudley school and know not to use this company. We have bought a photo because we felt obligated (for the memory book) but the sibling photograph was just too dreadful and many more parents said the same thing. You would think in this line of work, it would be in your interest to have the ability to make children feel comfortable.

1st set of school photos for our 5yr old. I wasn't expecting much as he hates photos being taken and cant sit still, but the end result was such a lovely photos of him grinning. Ordering was made very easy by way of the card being sent home with full instructions. Good range of different packages to suit all requirements and budgets. The hardest part was deciding on which package to choose. Love the way you can amend the packages too, choosing different layouts, different photos and can opt for B&W or sepia as well as colour. This means you can tailor any package to exactly what you want.

1 singular unusable photo to mark an occasion. How sad. Your photographer barely gave my son a second to sit down and you can see in the photo. The school don't normally use this company and I hope they never do again. What an absolute let down. No passion no care from the photographer. Disappointed

Our school was disappointed with the overall service. The photography package was expensive compared to the quality received. Many of the photos lacked clarity and professional finish, and feedback from parents and staff reflected similar concerns. While communication with the company was courteous, the end product did not meet expectations. We would not recommend this service based on experience.

My boys look forward to having their photo taken each year and enjoy the experience. It's a shame that the option of a photo together was no longer available as these were photos we have really treasured, whereas now we just purchase the first and last years of school rather than every photo. Please bring back this option.

Great individual school pictures, we got the sibling package this year. I love that I could still buy the pictures from last year.

The children weren't correctly positioned in the photo's canvas and there was a lot of space in one side and the other side one of the child's hand has been taken off.

The photo is very nice but it's far too expensive. I've felt obliged to purchase as it's my sons last school photo but £24.99 for an individual photo is way too pricey!
