After patiently waiting for the delivery of my item, I have been given a series of excuses which I am not particularly concerned about. What I do find unacceptable is that no effective action has been taken to resolve the delivery issue.

The delivery is now over a week late. The first excuse was that the driver did not want to deliver to my address due to a risk of van breakdown. The second excuse was that I had not provided a phone number. The third was that they claimed to have been at my door, but the photo provided does not match my door and appears to be a different building nearby.

I have spoken to customer service, but they have only offered apologies and have not taken any steps to resolve the situation.

I am finding this experience very frustrating and difficult, and I have now decided to raise a formal complaint. Unfortunately, this has not been the experience I expected.

I was hopeful at first when placing my order…

I was hopeful at first when placing my order, received a tracking number pretty quickly within a day so I had high hopes and probably too high expectations. After several days of waiting for an update I was told it was out for delivery. Great, I thought. But no… despite tracking information provided and stating they were on a few stops before me, I could see they never even left London and starting making their way to my town about 2 hours away when I was told they were unable to deliver. Not a problem I thought… but I was again wrong. What continued was 2 weeks of “attempted deliveries” that “failed” twice. I was home all day with no van outside, no knocking on the door, no attempts whatsoever but they said I dint answer the door. They never even attempted, even though they said they did 3 separate times.

I tried calling, contacting customer services, anything to confirm or reschedule or get any further details but there was never any response.

In the end I ended up contacting the company that sold the treadmill instead and after almost 3 weeks I finally got the confirmation that the refund was being processed, and after another week I finally got the money back.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am shocked at the behaviour and lack of professionalism or trying to keep the customer informed. Unfortunately this has now tainted my view of the company I purchased the item from as well considering the appalling service from the delivery company.

Shocking

Shocking. Said they attempted to deliver and noone was in. I was in all day and have cctv covering the entire property. Emailed them stating this but the company did not want to know. Waste of space. Avoid!!!!

Driver failed to deliver

The driver failed to deliver our parcel, said we weren't in although we waited in all day. He had not attempted delivery at our address. There had been no attempt to contact us either. Apparently, redelivery would take another 3 - 4 days. Totally unacceptable as the driver was at fault. I have had to cancel the order and fight for a refund from the company I ordered the item from as I cannot wait that long. Terrible service.

Excellent service by Rizwan.

When I read the negative reviews for this company, my heart sank, but I needn't have worried. This was an overall excellent delivery of an electric scooter by driver Rizwan. Good communication from the company, giving a delivery window, then phone call from Rizwan half an hour before arrival. He then carried the scooter up the stairs for me. If I had any gripes, would be he was quite a lot earlier than the original delivery window, but given the phone call, very satisfied with the service.

Completely useless company!

Courier phoned to check we were in and then failed to deliver stating could not find address. Why not phone again when in area, website stated incomplete address, they had the the house name, street name, village name and postcode, we messaged driver with google location pin and offered to meet somewhere. Messaged customer services no reply, find out today that Xmas present is now being refunded. Completely useless courier company.

Company never attempted delivery

Company failed a delivery attempt, tracking was turned off before they provided an update because they were already back at the Brixton depot picking up other orders.

Do not use this company.
They said they tried to deliver item. They didnt. We have cameras that show no delivery attempted.
No response to email, phone number is a mobile, no response to texts, calls or messages.

I order a sofa bed and the company have my sofa bed and haven’t. Release that bed over to the new delivery company that is suppose to have because they don’t deliver to my location and I’ve been back and fourth with them for 3 months and they have Beene ignoring my phone calls and texts they just read my texts then I can’t contact to relavent people to find out what they need from then one off the worse company’s every worst communication ever too

I had a parcel sent back to a seller on ebay,this company picked our parcel up 3 weeks ago to send back and it's still sat in there wearhouse this company are shocking to deal with I have all my messages from them saying it will be sent back soon no dates to say when and of today's date it's still with them,I am waiting on a refund from the seller which they can't so until they recieve it back poor communication from this company there is no reason why the parcel should still be with them,I have contacted them so many times saying the same thing there a big scam company and I am taking this further don't no how there still operating busines they should be shut down permanently DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Late, No Updates, and Mishandled Packages

Worst delivery company I have ever come across

I ordered two expensive items from Ecoflow. They were supposed to be delivered on the agreed day, so I waited in all day — but they never arrived. There was no update from the couriers and no response to messages or calls.

The next day, the items turned up without any notification, and it was only by chance that a family member was home to receive them. To make matters worse, the delivery driver left one of the packages upside down, despite the box being clearly marked on all sides to show the correct orientation.

Spam company and they steel parcels

They came to the building, my neighbour let the driver in and told him to bring the package in as she was going to receive it. The driver instead went up to my door, took a picture and left the building, leaving my neighbor waiting for the parcel. I contacted the useless WhatsApp chat because they don't answer the phone, or they reject the call. The person on the chat (when they reply) told me that the driver called me multiple times and that my neighbor refused to take in the package, of course, all lies! Now more than a week on from my order my parcel is nowhere to be seen, they refuse to give me a delivery date, and in all honestly, at this point I believe they stole the parcel. I made a complaint through Paypal for a refund as the merchant from whom I bought the order is also unresponsive.

Useless

Useless, no communication, completely ignored request to leave parcel by the door. Eventually the order was cancelled by the seller, whom I blame for using such a horrible service.

Customer service is useless

Customer service is useless — unresponsive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. My parcel was sent to the wrong address due to their mistake, and every time I called, I got vague answers or no help at all. They made multiple promises to fix things, but none were kept. Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity.

Worse than useless!!

Worse than useless!!
They will continually ignore your requests & insist on trying to deliver on dates you’ve specifically told them you’re not home!
Then when you contact them their generic reply will be “We’ll confirm once scheduled” only to schedule it for the EXACT times you’ve said you’re unavailable!
Mind blowing incompetence!

Was worried after reading reviews but all was fine

I ordered an Ecoflow direct from the company because they claimed to use DPD for shipping. I was concerned when they sent me the tracking number with XLcourier and I went on to see all the terrible reviews. Thankfully my parcel arrived in good shape when they said it would, and the driver was courteous. I do believe the bad reviews but wanted to say don't give up hope if you've ordered an Ecoflow, it may still arrive on time. Maybe they have taken the reviews to heart and are improving.
