While I had a couple minor issues with the car I bought here in the first few weeks, the team were incredibly helpful and quick to address my concerns. I cannot speak highly enough about the service you get from the entire team! A special shoutout to Heather and Karl who were kind, friendly and always willing to help in any way they could.

Absolutely highly recommend this motor company, from the first contact they went above and beyond for us, as we was coming 3 hours away, to save me driving my partner down he caught the train and they met him at the train station. They helped sort all the paper work and you get a great warranty with a company whom can use anywhere to save us going back ( should ) any thing go wrong …
They organised the van, serviced it and ordered some parts that was needed and will be delivered to us directly as we can fit our selves.
The van was described perfectly and was spotless inside .
Not many garages bother with vans being cleaned but this was so undoubtedly the cars will move second to none .

I purchased a lovely white Jaguar XF, I absolutely love it 😀. Unfortunately it did need to go back for a small repair but Heather has been brilliant and straight onto it. They picked the car up and left a courtesy car with no fuss. Such a delight when buying a car who are customer focused. Smooth transition, excellent customer service. I can’t praise this company enough! Traded my car in against a discovery. They offered me a thousand pounds more than I expected. The car I bought had a 12 months mot. It was fully checked and ready to pick up the day after I viewed it. It was fully valeted and polished when I picked it up.
A big thumbs up to Heather on reception. She sorted all the paperwork out and got me a three years warranty for a really low price.
When I’m ready to swap again I’m going back to Yaddlethorpe Motor Company. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

We bought a white jaguar Xf in December.The car was very clean and even delivered to my work for free .
We did have some problems with in the warranty period but I phone up and was sorted in a timely manner even collected and delivered back. All the people I deal with was very polite professional and all helpful which in this day and age it’s hard to come by a good used car trader . I don’t normally do reviews but this one is very well deserved. I will definitely recommend and will return to buy are next car without hesitation

I bought a second hand SEAT Toledo from Yaddlethorpe in January 2026, which was brought in as a part exchange. Staff were friendly and helpful when viewing the car and did a sound job getting it ready between making a offer and coming back to pick it up a week later. A good service was done after they'd taken it in and offered a fair price for it.

Got a beautiful bmw estate of this company,absolutely was the easiest process I’ve ever used.. some amazing cars ( some really nice sporty cars on lot) really tidy set up lads where lovely, Karl a joy to talk too.. love me car it’s amazing.. full valet before I got it.. 10/10 .. would really recommend this company..

I bought a car from Yaddlethorpe last year. Unfortuneately I naively understood the service history provided to be correct. I have learnt however to meticulously check the details in all the service history. What Yaddlethorpe provided was for a different car - same make, different model/reg. They also told me that they would do an up-to-date MOT for the vehicle I was purchasing, ready for when I collected. When the day came, they hadn't bothered. I had already transferred my insurance and was part exchanging so this felt very scammy, not being local it would have been a faff to ask them to resolve this. I wouldn't use them again, though I am generally happy with my car, thankfully nothing has gone wrong with it. But I am starting a fresh with my service history book and I've learnt a lesson about buying cars!!
