As a female, I was a little worried about ordering sweaters from this brand because I wasn’t sure they would fit me well. But surprisingly, I love them more than I thought I would. It was ready to ship though. Sweater is substantial but I could see someone feeling it a little bit rigid due to all the embroidery. Thinking of adding a silk or cotton liner inside.

My favorite designer
Yitai.la is hands down my favorite designer of all time. I own 3 different pieces by him and the quality is superb. Each piece is a hand crafted work of art. Every-time I wear one of his pieces out I get so many compliments and always make sure to plug his brand. I also love that he incorporates elements of Asian culture into his pieces that really resonate with me as well as a fellow Asian.

Super happy with my purchase! The sweaters are incredibly soft and the embroidery is beautiful. The denim is just as stunning, amazing quality overall. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
Cool sweaters!
Ordered the fine china sweater and central park sweater during the spring sale and finally received. Fine china sweater is very soft and embroidery is beautiful even in person. Central park embroidery sweater less soft because of embroidery but both designs are worthy of the money. I think some items are on preorder so luckily didn't have to wait too long.

I wish I could give zero stars—or even a negative rating—for their bizarre customer service. I ordered a jacket that took 10 days to arrive via USPS. Although the USPS tracking shows it was delivered, I never actually received it. I contacted USPS, and they told me they would look for it; if it wasn't found within 30 days, I should file a claim since it was insured for up to $100.
After the 30 days passed, I tried to file a claim on the USPS website. The form required the sender’s address, which I didn’t have because the package never arrived. When I contacted the company, they refused to give me their address, and my online searches turned up nothing. They claimed that as the senders, they would be the ones to file the claim. I pointed out that either the sender or the recipient can file, and since I was the one who paid for shipping, I should be the one to do it.
They still refused to provide their address. Why would a legitimate business hide its physical location? In the end, I lost $124.00. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with—it feels like a complete scam.
Ordered a sweater in Oct 2025 and still no refund in Feb 2026!
Ordered a sweater in Oct 2025. Did not receive it until Feb. 2026. The sizing was completely off and I returned within 1 day of receiving the sweater. It is now February 26th and I have yet to receive a refund. I question if this is a scam company.
