This is a complete fraud platform. I made a payment of ₹20,000 through their official website to their listed merchant, and the transaction was successfully completed from my side. However, they are now falsely claiming that they have not received the money in their bank.

It has been more than 15 days, and neither are they adding the funds to my account nor are they issuing a refund. Their so-called “live support” is completely useless after sending one or two copy-paste responses, they simply end the chat without resolving anything.

They are not providing any proof from their side and are irresponsibly asking me to contact my bank for a refund, even though the payment was made correctly to their merchant. This clearly shows their intention to delay and avoid responsibility.

There is no real customer support it feels like an automated AI system repeating the same messages without any actual help.

I strongly believe this is a scam operation. I will be filing a complaint with RBI and the Cyber Crime Cell against this platform.

I urge everyone to stay away from this fraudulent website and report it immediately to the concerned authorities to prevent others from losing their money.
