2 years ago I was a customer of a electricity company who had offered 42 percent discount on usage. Unfortunately at the end of 12 months the discount reduced to 30 percent and the charges increased. This seems to be a pattern, so it pays to switch providers every 12 months. You compare helps find the best deal and makes the whole process a lot easier.

It was quite hard to understand what was actually going on. I had done my own research, so knew most of it. Very polite.

The lady I spoke to was knowledgeable, clear and gave me options.

youcompare helped me understand my electricity bill better and has explain that there is electricity retailers out there that charge less for supply and usuage. It is then up to you if you want to change your electricity retail supplier.

All seems to have gone to plan. I did have trouble understanding the young indian gentleman who was dealing with me but her was professional so I hope all goes through without a hitch.

Good service but process took over a half an hour on the phone just to get a new price and changeover. Telemarketer was friendly and professional but English poor
