My husband & I, found the person we had contacted for the information & decision to change the electricity supplier was extremely cordial & patient with our questions.

Person was judgemental, pushy and aggressive,

The service was good. Was followed up and the sales person was very flexible with my time.

The consultant was very hard to understand, she spoke with a strong accept. I cannot rate the experience because I have not yet received any confirmation from AGL

Excellent service quick and kept up to their word

Chase from youcompare gave me a great deal on electricity and gas so I didn’t have to do the shopping around myself. She also compared it with another electricity/gas company I was looking to go with and gave me the detailed information I needed to make a decision. The only thing that wasn’t 100% is that there was a charge I didn’t understand and it took a long time to sort out what it meant. Other than that, it was easy.

I ONLY RANG FOR A COMPARISON BUT ALL MY INFORMATION WAS PASSED ONTO AGL AND THEY HAVE OPENED AN ACCOUNT AND ORGANISED CLOSING MY CURRENT ACCOUNT. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. PLEASE DETAIL FROM YOUR SYSTEM ALL MY DETAILS.
