Very easy and explained
Spoke to a very friendly adviser Julian he went through everything with me as I was thinking of doing a top up to my life insurance he was very understanding so glad I have done it.

Kalem was brilliant
Kalem was brilliant, he started by helping my wife to sort out her life insurance’s. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He then helped me to sort out my insurance and I would give him top marks in being helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, respectful and most importantly very understanding.

Excellent customer support
The lady, Samantha who spoke to me was very friendly and polite. Everything was explained to me in detail and in a very professional manner. If I was unsure of anything or needed to ask questions she was patient and understanding and nothing was too much trouble.
I felt like a valued customer rather than just another number. I am now covered and have peace of mind. All relevant documents were forwarded to me via email within a very short period of time and I was kindly told I could ring back at any time if needed.
Great customer support. Highly recommended. Many thanks 😁

It was easy
It was easy! Discussed the policy's objectives, and listened when I was concerned about nearly doubling the monthly payments. We agreed on a minor increase, to affect my policy.

She was so patient and answered any questions I had and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed choice.

Buying a policy
I was very pleased with the way David found a good policy for me.I had been meaning to add to my other policy for a while so his call came at the right time.David was cheerful and pleasant and very informative.we got along well and he found a great policy and made it easy to understand
