Your Choice Cover Ltd 

After loosing a friend I know how much it is for a funeral, although I've got a policy already, I need peace of mind to make sure I had enough money for my funeral, and that my family don't have to pay money thay haven't got, so I have gladly set up another one out. Ian was very helpful and we had a laugh.

Ian explained all my options clearly and concisely making sure I understood all the steps of providing the best cover for me.

The gentlemen was very helpful very clear about everything he talked about.

What a laugh I just had with Ian. Started off with the news that my previous policy had been stopped however Ian had a better and cheaper policy available. Very pleased. Enjoyed the laughs.

I want to leave money to my children and Grandsons when I die,He was very sufficient, and explained to me very strongly about what policy his.

It was informative information and also beneficial in helping me save money.

Everything was explained fully about opening a policy without jargon and bombardment of figures and statistics. Ian Oliver was polite and open when asking and replying to questions. I was very pleased with the personal health package attached to my policy. I would like to personally thank Ian for the terrific and most competent call.

The guy that I spoke with was very easy to talk to. He gave us advise and explained all the options open to us. He was well past his finishing time but we never felt rushed into making a decision. Thank you Kalem

The man that I dealt with was called Julian. What a lovely man!!! He was very patient, very friendly, very easy to talk to, and he has a great sense of humour. Great customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Then I spoke to his manager Ian, who is ALSO a lovely man. Once I'd finished my call with them both, I felt like thay could become new friends!!! The policy he sold me is very good too with lots of added benefits. Can't fault these people!!!!!

It's so nice to speak to a personal who is both professional and an absolute joy to interact with.

The lady was very polite and very helpful told me everything about the policy advised me I was paying to much money I would definitely recommend them to family and friends

Absolutely fed up with this company cold calling me.
The mobile rings and when you answer there is a recorded message stating 'You were called by Your Choice Cover, don't worry we will ring you again'
Blocked so many of their numbers that my phone book is getting filled with blocked numbers.
I didn't ask for them to call, I even rang the number back and asked for my number to be removed from their database, was assured it would be only to receive yet another call 5 minutes later with the same recorded message.

This company cold calls people who have been removed from lists. Hey claim to have better insurance policies by changing details about you half the time the policies are not even valid. Avoid at all cost.

Very friendly lady called Sam.Explained everything in detail and checked I knew what I was doing and taking on.All on all a horrible subject made better by Sam's light hearted chat.Mo qualms on signing up and peace of mind knowing my funeral is paid for and my grandson gets a few quid.Would recommend.

I found that the staff were friendly, genuinely caring and interested in my situation. They were open,kind,genuine and very patient ( l have a short-term memory deficit, and had to have several points repeated to me).
Everything was explained in a courteous manner by Julian Goddard, and l felt totally reassured that my family will be able to depend on them for support when l die.
I would totally recommend them, and feel very secure in the knowledge that everything has been covered....thus removing my anxieties about how my daughter will cope. Ian was also charming, courteous, professional and caring. I am going to advise my friends to contact them.

Spoke to a lovely lady called Samantha who explained everything very clearly and was very helpful and polite I didn't feel pushed into anything very pleased 😀

Was receiving between 20-40 phone calls a day for months. I had already spoke to someone and asked to be removed from the call list. It has been relentless and I am quite frankly angry now. I have spoken to them again today and had to tell them 4 times i want to be taken off the list and still they avoided the request. Number has now been blocked. Give it a rest!
