Samantha was very good, explained everything, and was extremely sympathetic when she learnt I had just lost my partner.
She explained the policy fully, and didn't push me into buying it - which certainly makes a change. I was comfortable in buying it. It was also good to have a follow up call, to ensure everything was how it should be. I may purchase another policy later on.
