Required door glass for old Creda Oven. Not that easy to find and relatively expensive. Ordered from yourspares whose price was decent compared to some others. Arrived well packaged and genuine item. Would use them again without hesitation.

ordered and paid for parts on 24th May 2025. Still not arrived on 4th June 2025. Can’t access the account I set up as the website is one of the worst i’ve experienced can’t even reset my password! The tracking number they provided for my order , according to the Royal Mail tracking service, doesn’t exist. No customer service person to discuss with. Avoid at all costs

Once they have your payment, they stop caring. Delivery took forever, and when there was an issue with my order, they completely ignored my messages. Zero support, zero accountability. Do not trust this company—they won’t help you if something goes wrong.

Order was never delivered. Post office confirmed delivery but had obviously been given wrong post code by one of firms involved.

My item was returned. Proof of delivery shows it has been received back by the company. Still no refund. Just keep getting the same email that I will be refunded within 8 working days of the item being received. It’s been more than 8 days!!! I just want my refund.
