Zaitoon Travel

Faheem gave an excellent service.

Initially I was reluctant to book my umrah trip with Zaitoon Travel not knowing their legitimacy. After reading their 4.9 star reviews and reassurance from brother Faheem, I decided to book for December 2025 In’Sha’Allah. Booking, flight and hotel confirmation were sent promptly, visas followed a few weeks later. Excellent costumer service and outstanding communication, I would highly recommend Zaitoon Travel.

A very smooth and stress free experience from booking onwards. Brother Azhar organised the visas, booked hotels of our choice and all the transport too. Brother Azhar was available for all my queries at any time which really helped as I was booking for my elderly parents. Azhar was very patient and arranged everything to their satisfaction. I would definitely ask Brother Azhar to book any future trips

Salam. We recently had this blessed opportunity to tailor our umrah package with zaitoon travel. Alhamdulillah it was a beautiful experience. Brother Faheem guided us all the way by providing us with an excellent package that met all our needs. Looking forward to travel again with zaitoon travel.

Excellent customer care. Offered a wide range of options

Having returned from umrah, I can safely say I will definitely be rebooking my trip with Zaitoon travel again. Uzair was extremely helpful and efficient when finding me good deals. Whilst I was away, he also checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The customer service is 10/10.

Booking my trip was an absolute breeze thanks to Naveed! He was extremely professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to find the perfect flights and accommodations within my budget. He handled a last-minute change seamlessly and ensured every detail, from the transfer to the hotel, was flawlessly organized. His expertise saved me so much stress. Highly recommended—I won't book a trip without him again

Azhar was very helpful through out the journey, everything was planned as we wanted, this was our 3rd trip with Azhar.highly recomend Azhar to be used by anyone.

Brother Faheem was excellent! I had been enquiring a few agents across Facebook and other sites but I was in constant communication with brother Faheem. Even during my Umrah he was messaging me to make sure everything is ok. The after care was amazing and he ensured everything was stress free for me and my family. I will definitely recommend zaitoon travel to my family and friends. Jzk brother

For the whole transport,hotel

After checking some details on their website I gave Zaitoon a call. I spoke with Azhar who was very patient and gave many options to pick from- hotels, airlines, cost. We made our choices and brother Azhar took care of the rest - bookings, visas, transfers and also answered any questions we had. Anytime I called all the staff were very helpful. They were available 24hrs even when we were in Saudi on our Umrah trip and checked up on us regularly. Alhamdulilah everything went to plan and Zaitoon ensured we only had our Ibadah to focus on.

Good price.
Didn't book though they gave good price. Just need a bit of negotiation but they do give good price

I recieved excellent customer service from brother Naveed, who was very helpful and supportive. He did all his best to find me a hotel in Makkah within my budget. Thank you, brother Naveed, for your patience and support, I really appreciate it.
I highly recommend Zaitoon Travel for anyone planning to go Umrah.

We recently came back from our first Umrah trip, which was handled by brother Uzair at Zaitoon Travel. He helped us with all our needs & liaised with my sister-inlaw to make sure everything was perfect. Jazakallah Khair for making our trip the most memorable with your kindness & understanding.
We will definitely be using Zaitoon Travel in the future.

I usually DIY my own travel packages, but for my first Umrah trip with my family, I wanted to rely on the knowledge of an Umrah travel agent. I searched extensively, reading reviews and testimonials, and settled on Zaitoon Travel.

Brother Azhar helped me greatly in all areas: advising on suitable accommodation (taking walking distance and quality into account), booking flights, organising all transfers (including to and from the airports, Makkah to Medinah, and tours in both cities), issuing the e-visa waivers, and providing general advice from his own travels to the area.

Please note - I did not take out a 'group package' with them in the traditional sense, ie, no spiritual guidance or lead was provided. They booked and organised the constituent parts of the entire trip.

For completeness, I'd like to mention three extremely minor issues, which demonstrate just how great the rest of the service was.

1) We were provided hotel vouchers, containing booking IDs and references, but these IDs were not the ones the hotel reception could accept. Thankfully, I downloaded the hotel's app beforehand, signed in with the email used for the booking, and that provided the hotel's own booking reference, which was accepted.

2) The e-visa waiver was issued only days before travel, which, being something outside of my direct control and vital to our Umrah, caused some anxiety. However, I understand last-minute visa issuance seems to be standard in the industry.

3) The tours organised by Zaitoon, offered by local contacts, varied in quality. Some drivers were very chatty and explained the significance of the sites we were visiting, some made no effort and simply asked us to read the tourist information laid out at each site. Others rushed us from site to site.

Overall, I would recommend Zaitoon Travel if you are booking Umrah for the first time and want travel guidance or want an agent to handle all matters for you.

Uzair has been fantastic support during the process of booking our Umrah. We reached out again yesterday to book the Bullet train service and he has been very efficient and supportive. Thank you brother Uzair.

Mine and my family umrah needs were tailored as per the needs. Brother Azhar was so courteous, he listen, he was kind, he gave me the best options in my budget infact. He followed up regularly and keep me updated of everything. Really recommend him.

I dealt with Talha to book my family’s trip to Dubai and Saudi Arabia.

The experience was good and stress free, Talha is very attentive and makes the booking process very seamless. He’s very respectful and is a credit to the company.

My sister and nephew booked our trip with ZAITOON travel which we had never used before. We went late Sept 2025.

I highly would recommend ZAITOON TRAVEL to my family friends.

Would like to.say big thanks to.Azar for looking after our booking and giving us 5 star service.

I accidentally came across Zaitoon Travellers on Facebook and thought, let me give them a try. I’m so happy I did! They were absolutely wonderful — especially Azhar, who made my Umrah trip an unforgettable experience. Everything was well-organized and smooth from start to finish. I’m really glad I chose them, and Insha’Allah, I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.
