Fraud. Useless. No customer service. Crap. I have been ask for my money back for years. Nothing. Do not use

A crap company for both consumers and artists alike Beware, you have been warned.

As soon as I signed up for a “free” Zedge account and gave them my credit card number, they started putting bogus charges on it! Luckily I get fraud alerts on my account so this was caught before it got out of hand.

I have had a paid subscription for over a year (yeah dumb huh?). Anyway, ad-free is NOT ad-free. I was led to believe when I got a subscription, there would be no ads. Well, they must have misdirected my funds & gave me something else cause it isn't an ad-free subscription!

Nearly every time I click on anything a full-blown religious jesus ad pops up. If you try to get out it takes you to another site. There are some others as well, but the religious ones are really annoying. Maybe if Zedge is going to force ads on an ad-free subscription at least try to convince some good advertisers to buy ads and create interesting junk to deal with.

I have tried to deal with all the ads because it's kinda a good idea. But with only a couple of advertisers, not only does knowing the ads aren't supposed to be there in the first place make me mad, but having the same ads popping up over and over along with the ads at the bottom makes it a frustrating experience.

I'm adding part of my receipt at the bottom. I know it doesn't state much, but its part of the email I received when I finally smartened up and canceled the service awhile back. I wasn't sure if I should include the entire section because some details may lead to my account info. I could provide the order number and the order date if necessary.

I was in zedge tonight and was bombarded with ads, if my mind is fully functioning, Sep 24, 2022 is still about 4 months out and yet I have been dealing with ads for months now.

This use to work great but now it sucks find another vendor this app sucks

Garbage!! Use to be decent but holy crap....the amount of Ads are beyond frustrating and annoying. Deleted and good riddance!!

Awful! I've made quite a few wallpapers and a lot of them get removed due to some violation nonsense, my content is my own and all very clean.. they show you no proof of this violation nonsense.

Was the best for ringtones and wallpapers now it's full of adverts its terrible!

Zedge the ringtone app is not a good app to use they charged my card with out my permission and when you call the number it hangs up on you I will never use this app again already deleted my account it a really bad way to run a business and now i don't know how to get my money

I did like to site until I saw it was racist. I notice some screen savers that offensive to other race especially African Americans

I have been using this site on and off since 2007 and it has gone downhill as it has become a racist site were people can openly instigate religious hate speeches and the Moderators of the site turn a blind eye which is pathetic. I have reported racist profiles many times but complaints are not upheld. If racial hate is against Muslims then I assure you nothing is done as I think the site moderators themselves are racist. Zedge needs moderators who can treat people equally and take complaints seriously.
Below is a paragraph from the website which is a joke because the actual rotten apples are the moderators themselves.

someone in australia has stolen my photo off the internet (right click save) and has uploaded it to this site, it has currently 300 + downloads, I sent in all the information to Zedge proving it was my photo asking it to be taken down and they have never replied, I have sent them 4 messages with everything their site requests that I send them to prove a copyright issue and I have had nothing from them.

I wrote on the guys wall that it was my photo and he just swore back at me and laughed, I told this to Zedge who still didn't reply but now the comments on the guys page are gone, so Zedge must have removed them so i can't prove that I've done anything.

Well i am getting lawyers in and sueing them, i have given them literally months to reply and take down the photo and i'm not getting any response from them, i have taken screen shots all along the way so Zedge you are going down!
