Took ages to arrive, then the wrong perfume was sent, not replying to emails
Edited to add * have made contact with business and they have paid for return postage and once they have received perfume will send back the one I originally ordered, will update again later once I get the perfume.
EDITED* have changed to 3* because once they contacted me without bigw market place, sent right perfume the same day they received the returned one.

I received a perfume that was the wrong colour and scent. After raising the issue with Zeina Perfume World, no replacement or refund was provided. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this retailer, as they supplied a defective product and did not take steps to resolve the issue when it was brought to their attention. Unfortunately this matter was a waste of time and resource.

Stay away. I made a purchase through Big W. They stalled me for a week, saying my product was packaged and the delivery company would pick it up. Then they lied, saying their grandmother had died, causing the delay. They emailed me saying they were prioritizing my order today, which was also a lie. They didn't send the product. They sell products they don't have in stock. They keep their customers waiting with lies for at least two or three weeks. Stay away. And by the way, stay away from Big W online twice over. They have no customer service. Yes, none. It's impossible to find anyone to get connection wia internet. Each one tells you to contact a different department. That's why Big W is going bankrupt.

Provides false and misleading information about your order. Which they don’t actually send out. Unable to get in contact with them on any of their 3 given contact numbers. Avoid this seller.

I was sooo delighted when I received my bottle of La vie est belle L’Éclat! I LOVE this perfume and was quite upset I couldn’t find it in store. I saw Zeina’s Perfume World had it at an excellent price, significantly cheaper than I’ve seen advertised, so I thought I’d purchase it. I was not disappointed! It came much earlier then expected and was very well packaged. It is definitely the genuine article. I will definitely be buying from this site again. 😄👍

After querying their perfume when received, as labelling had different wording than advertised and perfume was a different colour, I was prepared to keep the product and try it. Unfortunately after 2 months and 5% of the perfume used in the bottle, the sprayer no longer worked. I indicated to the company if it was a genuine perfume product (Christian Dior Eu De Toilette at almost $200 a bottle) surely the manufacturers would gladly swap the nearly full bottle of perfume over to a replacement product. Anyway Zeiner Perfume world would not even respond to my polite emails. So unfortunately I have to classify them as a scam perfume supplier. Be warned. I certainly would not purchase perfume from this company again.

I have bought discontinued perfumes from this site. It took longer to arrive than other perfume sites, but they communicated well. The perfumes arrived to happy customer- yes the perfumes were authentic originals.
