Zerorex is terrible the franchise in the Santa Clara area has poor customer service and the chemicals don't work. They don't stand by their work, and I was told that if spots reappear let them know and they would take care of them I called them out and they agreed the chemicals were a problem and failed to correct the issue.

I cannot believe how amazing my carpets look! Zerorez was on time, called me 30 minutes before they arrived and were in and out in an hour! Ben was extremely professional and transparent, and did a great job! I will absolutely be making this an annual event.
