Great job cleaning my carpet. I will definitely use again

Benancio provided the service. He called and was at home an hour earlier (very nice). Did a very good job in 6 rooms and the stairs. Carpet still wet, but it looks a lot cleaner than before. He was able to remove a year old juice stain. Will use the service again in the future.

Making an appointment over the phone was quick and easy. I was given an estimate and there were no surprises when I received the invoice.
My carpet was cleaned in a timely manner but it's not quite dry yet so I can't speak to the the efficacy of the process yet. So far, it looks good and smells much better than it did before. I don't foresee any issues.

First time using Zerorez and I would highly recommend them. The tech recap my services, explained what would be done and the next steps. The cleaning was done with care and the results were great!

As always, very happy with Zerorez. Scheduling was a snap. The tech was right on time and quite efficient. Getting our living room and dining area cleaned in early December is something we have done every year by Zerorez. No chemicals, clean carpets, prompt service, fair pricing...what else can you ask for?

Always a 5 star experience. Very friendly team from the call center to the service tech. Removed vomit from our carpet and rug and didn’t charge anything extra. Call center was very flexible with us on pricing. The whole job of three rooms and a rug was 35 mins from start to finish! I will continue to call Zerorez when we need carpets cleaned.

Zerorez did an excellent job. The tech came in and went right to work, and did not stop until the job was complete. He was courteous and respectful..

Zerorez did an AWESOME job!My cleaning tech was punctual and professional!The only problem I had was..while Ben was doing my carpet ..his equipment cut my cable wifi cord.Gonna have to see how much a new one wld be and have Zerorez reimburse me!But besides that Ben was lovely!👍👍

Wil was very professional. He did a great job on all the carpet in my home, including the staircase. He was punctual, and very thorough. This is my second time using Zerorez and I am very, very happy with the results. Wil was great!

I had called by phone to make the appointment for cleaning 3 rooms. With fees and taxes, I was told the total would be $167. I had pointed out in my conversation when scheduling that I had some pet stains (light colored where cat had thrown up) and wanted those removed and the rep on phone simply told me the tech would assess that when he got there to see what would need to be done - but she didn't give me any idea at all over the phone how much extra that would be or explain to me in "laymen's" terms what they were talking about when using some "bio" something. The tech, when he got here, did a "test run" on carpet in the den and apparently called his office to tell them what he would need to do -- the extra cost was going to be around $100 EXTRA for pet stain treatment for EACH ROOM bringing the total to almost $500. Now these stains were not pee or poop - some throw up stains from a cat - stains were very light yellow in color and sometimes you can barely see them....the "supervisor" of some kind - I think of the call center - Susannah or Savannah- called to tell me about the extra cost, and if I could not afford that, then the tech had another job waiting on him and he had to leave....so work was not finished....She was very, very rude. Then she put some guy "said he was an owner" named Seth on the phone and he was even ruder - Said I have 2 choices _ i can either get someone else to finish the work or I can reschedule with them...What choices, huh? I had moved my furniture and cleared my day for them to come, and they left with doing a little bit of work in the den, leaving it wet, and with a shoe print in it. What a way to treat an elderly widow. Beware of these "extra costs" they throw in for which they do not give you any detail of price when you are scheduling. I know the tech said he had another job to go to....so supervisor was trying to get him away from here and on to the next job. If they had just been UPFRONT AND HONEST with me when I scheduled, telling me what the maximum might possibly be, I would have just said "no, thank you" and moved on to scheduling with someone else. So wasted my day, and now have partial wet carpet and will have to wait for it to dry ( and they didn't even tell me how long to wait), get someone else out here to re-do and will also involve moving my furniture back in place and then moving it again for the next company. Warning: ladies, do not use this company. I imagine they would not have treated a man like this.

On time! Great communication and worked hard to get the carpets looking good and get out, so I could move my day along. Super friendly and great with my dog.

Alton was very professional and knowledgeable, how carpets can get very dirty and nasty. He didn’t try to up charge me or swindle me. Highly recommend him and the company.

The technician was personable, patient and knowledgeable about what he knew and truthful about what he didn’t. I had a different expectation of what my carpets would look like when “cleaned” and am disappointed with the sales aspect of the process. Too much nickel and diming! Everything is additional when it should be included in a first service. That’s how you get repeat customers!
