I took my new car through the car wash and when I can out the car was scratched up really bad. Put in a damaged report and they told me it wasn't thete fault and they were not responsible for any of the damaged. Had to turn in to my insurance and it is costing $2900.00 to repair. I will never use them again.

Its good car wash 2 go 2 as the staf r all friendly & polite & they do their job right. 100% car is clean up2 Standard. The price is also good & service is nice. Would recommend compared 2 som other car wash garages as the charge 2 much 4 same service.

CRIMINALS- stay away. They will tell you they will cancel your membership then not do so. Their machines are broken and they don't care. Their only 'business' is stealng money.

Beware of Zips Car Crash.
They left my vehicle banged up , scratched and dented. They denied my damage claim and started blaming me for the damage. They did not give an accurate report to their corporate office. This group is irresponsible, dishonest, and should not be trusted with your vehicle.

Damage Car…. Zip Car Wash you finally responded to my contact after I stated that I will give your business a bad review until my vehicle is repaired. It’s been over a week since I heard back from management! Prior to that it took you months to respond. So here you go….I have been accustomed for two years and my right back side of my mirror has been damaged by your equipment. I have called, emailed, and talk to your staff members and had given my number for Corporate and/or the regional to contact me. No response response it’s unacceptable. I support you. Why can’t you support me as your customer and get my mirror repaired? I want my membership canceled! I have two vehicles that I have your service for and one is a Toyota Camry and the other Toyota Yaris . And I have used another of your services in Pineville, North Carolina where I work I have not had any issues with that Car Wash only the one in Charlotte where I live and where I initially started my subscription with you all, and I will give you all the negative review until my car is repaired.

There is never someone to answer calls. I don't know why they listed their online numbers in the first place. This is crazy.

Would give a minus. VERY deceptive business practice!! Claims you have a 30 day trial period - when you go to cancel prior to the 30-day end date, a notice pops up that cancellation must be 7 days PRIOR to the end date. I could tell from my interaction with customer service this is a common occurrence. They just stopped responding on the chat. Same thing with emails.
