Beautiful personal photo engraved heart pendant. After an issue speedy response and issue resolved.

I received a personalised name necklace as a Christmas gift. It was lovely and I was really pleased with it however, the chain was exceptionally fine and snapped whilst trying to put it on (I must add that I wasn’t being at all heavy handed). It took over a week of both myself and the person that purchased it to get a response from the company. They won’t offer a refund as they said it’s down to wear and tear. They have agreed to replace the chain but I fear it will happen again very easily. Really disappointed.

ordered Monday and came Tuesday at 11am 😁, great communication via emails, faultless all round, i was a bit sceptical about ordering these rosary beads as all the others i had seen had hollow silver beads but wow these are all solid silver and look absolutely 💯 amazing 👏 😍🙇‍♂️, they are definitely the best ones and the heaviest i have seen by a mile 👍 😀 🙌

I ordered a personalised gold chain on the 16th December for a Christmas present and I'm still waiting on it arriving over 4 weeks later. I emailed and they sent a reply on the 30th December to say I would receive it that week but still nothing. Since last week I've emailed, called and sent messages through the Website but not one reply. I just want to know what's happening - I paid a few hundred pounds for this gift but now think I've been scammed. If they can't fulfil the order then why haven't I been refunded? All people ask for is decent customer service but to just ignore every email or call is atrocious.

Sorry but I am your customer,you stated 2-3days delivery on the item I ordered,took over a week.
Strange it was posted 3days After you said it had already been sent,(tracking tells me exactly when you decided to take it to a post office)
If I didn’t chase you how long would it have been.
Your customer service is non existent,the worst I have encountered for a long time.
Personally I would never order from you again.
My warning to customers be very careful and read all the negative reviews,THEY ARE ALL VERY TRUE.
Just like my experience.
And after reading your reply,as normal not your fault ,no apology for late delivery.
As I said your customer service is useless!
Why bother having a phone number as you never answer it.

Great service from answering questions to placing and receiving order! Very fast next day special 1pm delivery FREE! What more can you ask for really.

Probably missing out on a customer base marketing the 3mm 20inch curb chains as female 🤨 it's an essential for every man, Iv always had a silver one but upgraded to white gold.

I ordered a lovely 9ct gold St Christopher and chain for my grandsons christening it arrived in a lovely box and well packaged it was free postage but the company paid over £7 tracked to send which I thought was a great gesture. I am very pleased with my purchase it is of great quality and something he will keep forever. I had looked at other companies selling similar item and was at least another £80 so value for money is excellent. Thank you so very much 5 stars from me. At some point I will treat myself as your collection of jewellery really appealed to me.

What a great jewellers , I email them about an item I wanted , they responded back within minutes, sent me am easy way to pay for it , and I received it the following day.

This is my 3rd time ordering. But this was a present I bought my friend I was scared it was a hit or a miss . OMG Im blown away . I bought the picture pendant in white gold . Honestly I’m struck for words . It’s absolutely stunning it is actually better than the picture I sent to be used . It’s crystal clear the workmanship is second to none . Even engraved. I sat for 10 minutes looking at it it’s definitely Wow Wow Wow . I would honestly highly recommend Zoe Kay Jewellers 100% above high street . Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this outstanding pendant I’ve had two done years ago and there nothing like this you need to look right up to it . This you look & can see who is on the pendant . The website doesn’t do it justice. All I can say is anyone thinking or looking at any piece buy it you won’t be disappointed. This is going to bring tears of happiness to my friends life . I honestly can’t thank you enough . And if you have any problems no matter how small you get a lovely reply back so quickly . 5 stars isn’t enough . But that’s all it allows you . I have now found my trusted jeweller for life . Just received my order of a gold photo locket I am over the moon with this gorgeous little heart locket , it’s just the perfect size for my 8 yr old granddaughter birthday present, the quality is great! Engraving is just perfect. So glad I found this jewellery company so much cheaper than high street jewellers great service & delivery. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again for any jewellery I want

Couldn't of been more helpful having been let down on a 50th Wedding anniversary present elsewhere contacted on Thursday item sent Friday arrived Saturday as promised at very short notice. Item is absolutely amazing couldn't be more pleased.
