I chose Zoom Removalists because of their strong reviews. Although we had a hiccup on moving day — the company handled my concerns exceptionally well afterwards. I reached out to query the issue, and they were responsive, understanding, and quick to offer a solution. That level of accountability really impressed me.
The movers arrived on time, were polite, and all of our belongings arrived safely with no damage.
I especially want to thank Tash for her help.
She is a real asset to the company.

We moved from Sydney to Gold Coast with James' team including Yousif and Osama. They were friendly, diligent, and had good communication throughout the move. They were efficient unloading our furniture upon arrival of our new house. Highly recommend!

From first contact with ZOOM Removals… everything was organised & efficiently executed, from the girls in the office, Jade & Tash, to the guys who did the move for us from Sydney to Coffs. James’ team, Yousif & Osama
… were very pleasant to work with, super guys who took great care getting all our things up without any problems… was an absolute pleasure! We did also organise a second team of guys, for our Pick up, so we could get the Truck packed earlier & head to Coffs Harbour that same day… also friendly & helpful, Junior & his team mate.
