Charged me $90 without permission then ignored refund request.

Je betaalt een abonnement en je krijgt enkel censuur (blur beelden), snelle limieten (soms al na 1 vraag komt "limiet bereikt") ; ook andere diensten : ze verleiden je met knappe dingen maar als je betaalt, krijg je niets meer voor je geld terug. Oplichters zijn dit ; dus wees gewaarschuwd !!!

I subscribed to SuperGrok on June 16, 2026 and paid $9.90 (Receipt #2991-4300) for the period until July 16.
I only used the service for less than 6 days. I canceled normally to prevent the next month’s charge.
Immediately after cancellation, my SuperGrok subscription completely disappeared. There was no “Restore Purchase” button, and I lost all access for the remaining paid period.
I sent multiple detailed emails to support x.ai (including to Ken, who had replied to me before), with full evidence (invoice, receipt, screenshots). It’s now been over 200 hours with ZERO response.
I had no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my bank (China Merchants Bank).
This is extremely poor treatment of a paying customer. xAI’s billing system has serious bugs, and their support is completely unresponsive. Do not subscribe if you value basic customer service.

Grok is dead in the water now, 20 questions/ inputs every 24 hours renders it useless to any free users and the subscription cost is ridiculously expensive. Not that it is in any way reliable for any real world evaluation, it seems to parrot the owners talking points and views. It failed a simple bias test I gave it so I really can’t justify paying for it.

I have been using Supergrok since February and it only gets harder to generate content that I like. Yes 60% of us are here for the nudes. So you figure they would accommodate us? No, the moderation system is chaotic. What went through yesterday won't go through the next day in video. And sometimes it will go through a few days later. You scratch your head wondering what criteria they are using if any. There are some days I waste many generations to only get 3 results. It's absurd given how well the model does handle nudity and yes human functions, when the moderation doesn't waste your time. I canceled my subscription and won't be back, and will seek something a lot more stable.

This company charged me $30 for no reason. I’ve sent five emails to dispute this, but the result is zero—no one is getting back to me. For a company of this size, it’s shameful to take people's money without cause and then completely ignore them.

Grok scheint unfähig, auch grundlegende Versprechen zu halten, und die Enttäuschung wächst mit jeder unvollendeten Aufgabe. Statt weiteres Vertrauen zu investieren, rate ich Kunden dringend, Alternativen wie ChatGPT (kostenlose Basisversion oder Studenten-Special) oder Gemini (komplett kostenlos auf gemini.google.com, inkl. Bildgenerierung) in Betracht zu ziehen. Diese Plattformen bieten eine stabilere Leistung und erfüllen Erwartungen besser, ohne dass man für Fehlschläge bezahlen muss. xAI sollte sich dringend verbessern, um den Ansprüchen seiner zahlenden Kunden gerecht zu werden.

Ghosted me when I asked for a refund immediately after buying. Don't deserve customers.

This product is sold with a 30 day guarantee, however when you decide it is not suitable and ask for a refund, guess what you hear absolutely nothing from them.
I have now notified my card suplier who will be reversing the transaction
