Had misordered a perfume and wrote an email to the customer service, within a few hours the issue had been solved and i got my new order confirmation! just astonishing

Ich habe mir einen 15 ml tourino 21 für 65 chf bestellt. Soweit alles gut, dann aber kamen 29 chf versandkosten obendrauf. Dies hatte ich akzeptiert und ihn in die schweiz liefern lassen. Ein tag danach als er angekommen ist kam eine zoll rechnung von 27 chf. Somit habe ich etwa 120 chf für 15 ml von dem tourino 21 bezahlt. Ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen von der offiziellen Webseite zu Kaufen.

Uso xerjoff erba pura da almeno 3/4 anni. Purtroppo non è piu come quello dei primi tempi. Poco intenso e poco persistente. Sembra essere diventato un profumo commerciale come altri. Sono molto delusa ed amareggiata per aver buttato 170€

This review is based on quality of the product and customers service, not the scents that are amazing.

I ordered a Tony Iommi from an internet retailer. When I got it it was brand new and unsealed. Nevertheless, the inside of the presentation box was badly damaged. Totally unacceptable for a 200+ euro fragrance. I mailed Xerjoff to see if they could help, since I just needed a replacement part for the box and since it was obviously a product error, not a shipping one.

Very unfortunately, Xerjoff was not the least interested in helping. Since I had not purchased directly from their webpage it was my own problem.

Their scents may be first class. But the way they treat their customers is not even tourist class. I will henceforth not buy from this brand, and I actually cancelled a planned order from their webpage.

The Customer Service is very kind and very helpful. They react in an instant and give helpful informations. Thanks to the Service I could place my order right. Thanks a lot!

Ho avuto un piccolo imprevisto con la confezione del mio profumo, ma neanche il tempo di avvisare il customer service che me lo hanno rinviato poco dopo.. Xerjoff è una garanzia, profumi al limite del legale da quanto siano perfetti e particolari, nel senso buono, un assistenza attentissima degna del massimo dei voti
