I placed an order for a laptop keyboard on 16th March on xfurbish.com and received the item on 21st March. Unfortunately, the keyboard was faulty, so I returned it via courier on 27th March after coordinating with their team. They promised a full refund, including the courier charges, by 16th April. Today is 24th April and I have neither received the refund nor any kind of update. What’s worse is that they have now stopped responding to my texts and calls altogether. This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against buying from this website. Their customer service is nonexistent once the order is placed, and their refund promises mean nothing. I’ll be escalating this through consumer forums and payment gateways if I don’t receive my money soon.

I placed my order about 1 month ago for a set of speakers for my laptop.
For first 2 weeks, the order status was Order Placed. In the third week the status was changed to Ready to Ship and then no further action.
After 4 weeks, when I checked with them (On their WhatsApp and called them), I was told that the seller has informed that the speakers are damaged and xfurbish would be cancelling the order and refunding my money.

Nothing has happened so far. When I checked with them, I was given a number to call for refund. No one answers calls to that number. When I informed on their WhatsApp group, I get a standard answer "Please wait. We will check and let you know".

So far - NOTHING.

I ordered for a laptop hdd cable, they are create wrong amount bill so delay in courier after 15 days and many call frome me they delivered that cable tomorrow, and it is a wrong product. From tomorrow I want to refund my amount but not any rensponsible reply from there not satisfied answer, I want to say that they are cheater pls don't buy anything from this site.

Tried to buy a laptop spare from Xfurbish. 2days after payment, they inform that the product is not available. Then for the refund, i had to keep mailing and calling them for 20 days. Then finally i received my refund after 20 days. Frustrating experience. Dont ever buy from Xfurbish.

Ordered a refurbished router on 7th Aug.
Received on 19 Aug via India post
Stopped working on 23 Aug.
Sent back on 31 aug after they confirmed to send back.
Received by them on 3rd Sep.
Today is 7th Sep, they have neither confirmed they have received the router , not refunded anything.
For every mail I am told they are checking with seller.

This was my first purchase and it was awesome!!
I wanted a spare part for my laptop and I got it here. At first I was skeptical about the website because of the bad reviews here and other websites.
So I thought of doing a purchase using my Credit Card (coz I have purchase protection and I can dispute the transaction if anything goes down south.) Everything was smooth as butter!
I got my item within 5 days via Blue Dart & it was far far better that the one I purchased on Flipkart(this I returned it back due to bad quality)

We need to understand one thing here these negative feedback is just from few bad experiences. If you compare thy have done thousands of sales and most of the customers are happy.

Even if you check on Trustpilot itself, Flipkart has a Trust Score of I think 1.7 and Amazon 1.4

Yes its an online business and sometimes things may go wrong. Doesn't mean these websites are scam sites
Xfurbish is also an eCommerce platform like Amazon. They are dealing with multiple sellers selling on the platform. Xfurbish doesn't sell directly. So some sellers are good, some may be bad.

So in order to check if a website is genuine or not do the following -

- Check the age of the website: Older the website the better. you can do it on domainagechecker

- Check the comments in the positive feedbacks on websites like trustpilot not just the negative comments. The positive comments would give you more insights about the service received in general

- To stay safe pay using Credit Card so that if you are scammed you can dispute the transaction and you will get your money back

Bottom line is - xfurbish is not a scam site. Good products, good service & fast shipping

I have ordered hdd connector for asus laptop with clear details & pictures. But they supplied useless diffrent type spare. Which cannot use. Then i have sending more then 20 e-mails for last 45 days. Till now they are asking again and again details only. Not taking action for replace or refund. Looks like just send some spares (which lying in godown as old not selling spares) and make money.

Very helpful in guiding a good product for someone who doesn't have the knowledge with fast delivery. Very 😊

I ordered an Aruba access point from the Xfurbish website. They said that the product is in average condition and does not include the adapter; before purchase, I agreed to their terms and conditions. However, when I received the product after one week, it appeared to be a fifth or higher class product, with hardware damaged. do not support any Aruba platforms. I requested them directly to the seller, "Please return the product and process the refund," but they refused and tried to indicate that they wanted to keep the device or that you didn't know how to setup it.

I emailed the Xfurbish Support Team, and they are also one step ahead of the seller; they are unable to respond to me via email or WhatsApp, and they avoid phone calls.

I have been chasing them past 5 days.....

if you need old products, please explore local markets or vendors.

I ordered the wrong product, which was my mistake. I emailed and WhatsApp es them multiple times to ask if they would help replace the same. I had to contact multiple phone numbers and email addresses and kept repeating to them for 2–3 days my request. Finally after sending the same information 3–4 times on 2 different email addresses and 2 WhatsApp numbers, they said that a replacement is denied due to wrong item ordered.
I had transparently admitted to that from the beginning itself. What a waste of time better to stick with an amazon or some professional site. Definitely a poor customer experience. I even offered to pay the return shipping but they didn’t want to help.

Thanks to Xfurbish and the seller for the wonderful quality product. Product was at a discounted price. Packing was also great.
