They will improve and enhance your car with whatever you need. From wheels alignment to engine rebuild. The team overall are exceptional and friendly. My track experience with them was outstanding. Listen to their recommendations for the best ride. Suspension/engine/exhaust or intake systems they got you covered.

Had my suspension and sway bar installed which was noisy and clunking and still has been. Alignment was performed but steering angle still feels off, with no alignment sheet given to show what car was aligned at. Was told it would be sent over to me and never was. Car was tuned by Racingline on the dyno and returned throwing error codes and was returned twice to try to have the problem solved and had to be returned to stock, response was "well its been fine for us we don't know what to tell you". Not the type of response you want to hear when someone is doing performance work, makes you believe they are unsure of what they are doing. It was a very frustrating way to spend $2100 and not be satisfied in the end especially not to have documentationfor the alignment or dyno sheet usage. Had previously used Xlr8 in the past 10 years ago, the customer service and value for the customer was better then than it is now. During all this not once did a manager try to help in any of my return visits. Used to love coming to have work done on my MK6 10 years ago, now its worth looking elsewhere for performance work.

I purchased a newspeed chip off of their website after I purchased it I found out that NewSpeed had it for $50 cheaper. I requested a price match. They denied me a price match as well. When I finally got the item, come to find out they sent me the newspeed module that does not work for my car. Evidently their website has a glitch in it where if you search by my vehicle and then search for the Type of chip that it is it comes up, it even let me put my vin number in but after that it sent me the wrong item. I’ve been trying to return it, as it’s in mint condition with no damage whatsoever. I’ve proved this with pictures, and all I wanna do is make an exchange for something that they have that is the exact same price that I paid for it !!!!! I can’t even get them to answer me!!!!! It’s been three weeks and every single time I’ve talk to them they tell me a different thing, I’m tired of waiting ., just send me my engine cover and will be done with this crap!

UPDATE: so after many different conversations and many different vetting processes to make sure that the item was unused and in resealable condition, and the two months that it took to get the product shipped back to exhilarate, and then I found out that it wasn’t exhilarate that it had to go back to. It had to go back to the manufacturer of the chip as they did not stock the chip in House, so it turned out to be a much bigger ordeal than even imagine, but in the long run, everything was worked out. I ended up getting a engine, cover in replacement for the chip, not quite the same thing, but the exact same price so I have nothing to complain about as far as doing business in the future. I don’t think that they’re dishonest in anyway, I think that, I ran into a very small glitch in their system. I just wish it would’ve been handled a little bit quicker. Other than that they’re great people as far as somebody to do business with they did do what they said, but I still didn’t like their policies only because I purchased the product from them not the actual vendor that made the product so it shouldn’t have been my responsibility to make sure that it was sellable. They should’ve never sold it to me if they did not know for sure that it would fit my car. I even put my Vin number in just so that it was very clear what model make and year my car was. Although tech-support was very helpful and the process took too long as I said before I would still recommend the company hands down.

Products were shipped promptly. It was a direct ship from Integrated engineering. Integrated shipped the wrong part but xlr8 was right on it. They got it straightened out and the correct part was shipped out in a day. They saved the day because i had an appointment to get the car in the mechanics.

For the most part my experience is pretty well the only thing I didn't like I had spoke to a representative to get a comparison between 2 items that were a little different in prices however the rep didn't call me bact to explain to me the difference between the 2 exhaust systems that I looked at So I just took a leap of Faith and purchased the most expensive one out of the 2 Seeing that it was the most updated
