I spoke to Trystan and Wian and both gentlemen were phenomenal. Going above and beyond and solving all my problems.
But it wasnt just the customer support or their wealth of knowledge, it was there telephone etiquette. How they introduced themselves to explaining as well as the way they ended the calls. Xneelo can be very proud of their team. Please feel free to train the rest of South Africa.

They kept full control of the situation, was available literally 24\7, kept following up, remote sessions, phone calls and live chat. Customer service like this is vary vary rare to come by these days. This was beyond any expectations and I would recommend Them as a key service provider to any business. Thank you all !

I had an employee mess up my monthly fees and not inform me until a month later, only after my services were removed was i made aware of the issue and the exneelo team (specifically Elain) helped me get all the issues sorted in less than 5 minutes and answer my dumb questions after the fact. Thank you guys so very much for your help and im so sorry again for the mess my employee made.

Xneelo’s service has always been top-notch and truly five-star, however over the past few months there has been a noticeable decline. Over the last two days alone, I’ve experienced multiple issues with servers and websites, and each time I’ve reached out via chat, the waiting time has exceeded 60 minutes.
Today, a client’s website went down, and I waited over an hour for assistance from Brent. While the issue was eventually resolved, the sites went down again shortly thereafter. I have now been waiting for more than 75 minutes and am still awaiting support.
I’m concerned about how this aligns with the level of service Xneelo is known for, especially as my client is now holding me responsible for the downtime.
