I would however love to see the writing on products not in white againest a pale background as its really hard to read.

Xo beauty has great customer service from the email with payment confirmation to fast shipping, all products come safely and in great condition.

The website is so easy to navigate, I ordered a lot of products. They all got sent super quickly, all packaged really nicely. I had an issue with one of my sponges a couple weeks later and the customer service team replied so quickly and replaced it straight away. It was sent on the same day as my first email was sent.

My favorite product is actually the solid brush cleaner! While I love the makeup, the true stars are the makeup brushes. Such great quality! Additionally, shipping information is transparent and accurate, which rounds out the entire experience.
