Very poor im afraid to say

Very poor im afraid to say, service all round not professional, shipping rep took offence at constructive advice after weeks of delay shipping, they still haven't sent any documentation for hmrc so we've just been landed a £200 vat bill for no proof of export for vat! avoid this incompetent shipping company at all costs, well done HC!!

We're sorry to read this. We've investigated this internally and we can see that a number of changes were required due to invalid VAT and EORI numbers being provided to us.

We can see that our team provided support & guidance throughout these challenges, and the goods shipped within a few days of a new exporting company being nominated. Evidence of the export has been provided to this company for their VAT records and we have just spoken to them and they have confirmed all has been received.

Very poor attitude

This company demonstrates a concerning lack of professionalism in its interactions with suppliers, which raises doubts about how they might treat customers as well. In a professional setting, it's important to recognise that not everything will go your way, and instead you should handle challenges with a constructive attitude. Jumping on the attack does not help or solve anything at all.
