We booked a car with them. Both the pickup and the return date were registered wrong in the system. Later we asked them to change the dates even if we need to upgrade our booking. We got an answer right away that they can not change the dates. After we asked for a full refund several times but got know answer at all. The booking date was 7 days ahead so according to their 48 hours policy they should cancel the booking for free and we should have a full refund. Basically they are a scam company i guess. Dont book with them!
