Having read other reviews, I regret buying this product. Popped up on Instagram and foolishly trusted it. Ordered weeks ago. Still hasn’t turned up. Contacted the company only to be told the email no longer works and to use an alternative - which also DID NOT WORK. Seriously peed off. Don’t fall for it. Do not buy one!

I purchased 5 of the XY4 model as the advertising seemed pretty convincing. Sadly having set up 3 of the five I discovered that the App could not reliably identify between them, the range was non-existent even with me standing over the Finders with my phone in hand. Sadly my car was stolen recently with a Finder in the glove-box and another one on the car's keyring. Neither device has been found by the App. At least now I only have 3 to throw away ! Great idea but it simply does not work.

Na anderhalve maand nog niets ontvangen, er is nergens een email adres te traceren om te communiceren. Waardeloos

Piece of crap!!!! When there is a problem they don’t provide tech support over the phone or in person. Therefore I’m out of luck. Thanks much.

Purchased but not received
XY Find It sent my unit via UPS but its never arrived (as confirmed on the UPS website) and it cant be located! bloody useless as a tracker devise! (bit tongue in cheek but seriously) XY Find It don't want to know and have stopped answering my emails! I just wish i had read these reviews before purchasing. Now going through PayPal to try and get a refund

The 1 star if for the packing, which was way to good for such a useless piece of garbage. It doesn’t go off when it’s supposed to, it goes off when it’s not supposed to, the map says things are in the wrong location constantly. Worst of all, it only tracks for literally 20 metres. After that it is goodbye pet, goodbye car, goodbye iPhone. The only thing you will be left with is the one thing you wish was lost - the XY Find it! Don’t go near it, the ads with car tracking or whatever else are dreamland and should be revoked, what a complete disgrace. You have been warned!

absolute garbage, it only tracks as far as bluetooth connection allows then you rely on other people having the same software on there phone to get a position fix for you .. no people no find. i had one and guess how many people near me had the software .. none.
its not a tracker. save your cash , youll be very very disappointed. dont say i havent warned you

SCAM. SCAM... DO NOT waste your money

Please do not purchase this item. It just does not work. It has zero GPS ability. it is purely Bluetooth and that doesn't really work. if you lose your keys in your left hand your phone struggles to find it with your right hand. Their customer service is none existent. They are very quick to take your money but forget trying to get it back unless you have purchased on PayPal. Only purchase it if you want to waste your money on a very expensive keyring fob. It is a total scam.

I can't believe that Trustpilot gives it a 3.5 average. Clearly all the 5 stars are written by the scammers themselves. Trustpilot you need to do something about this or your reputation as a review site could be ruined.

I rarely get scammed. This is one time I did. in the same room, it says searching and It has NEVER worked ever in eye sight. I wish I could find someone to get my moneys worth. Please dont be an $$% and pay for this. I truly regret how stupid I felt when I tried to use this in front of my wife. It does almost nothing useful. I wasted my money on 5 of the xy4s. One had a dead battery, the other four are uterrly useless. This is the first review of any product Ive ever bought. I should have taken the money to the casino. At least I'd have had a good time. Anyone interrested, I'll sell you mine very cheap.

Scam Product

Nothing like the advert on You tube.

Only received 3.5 on TrustPilot because of 100+ 5 star reviews from people that have only ever left 1 review...suspicious..

All genuine reviews are 1 star as product is NOT like the advert and has massive issues...

Saw the advert on YouTube and thought this looks great. In reality it doesn't do anything shown on video! Only connects to your phone, so can only find something that is within Bluetooth range. even then, it seldom finds it.

Dishonest advertising! Total waste of money! Do Not Buy!

Not impressed at all. Their advertising suggests you could track a car but good luck with that - it can barely track keys in your home. Added to the insult was that one of the 5 I received doesn’t work at all and another simply won’t connect - XY ‘helpdesk’ suggested it was flat batteries - from brand new products?

Extremely disappointed and just feel it was misleading at best, if not downright dishonest advertising

I bought 4 xy findables. Dealing with this company is the most frustrating experience I have ever encountered. They have stopped giving email support, and as far as logging in, you have to go round in never ending circles. They seem uncontactable

Why are there only 5 star or 1 star reviews. Answer - 5 star ones are obviously FAKE and the 1 star are real people's experience.

Trust Pilot blatantly lies about a product when they're being paid by that company to do so? I first noticed this with a completely different product that had 122 reviews and 117 was all 1 stars, the rest were two 2 stars and 3 five star reviews that were clearly fake. So here's the kicker, TRUST PILOT HAD THEM RANKED AS 3.5 STARS. I was gobsmacked and wrote to trust pilot asking about the obvious flaw in their algorithms and after two weeks, they got back with a twisted excuse that they won't drop the ranking of a company until they reach a certain number of complaints (without citing an actual number) and that was to be fair to the companies who catch a few stray bad reviews. What a bag full of lies that turned out to be. The company in question turned out to be a paying trust Pilot member who paid to manage their rankings. what a shock right. Don't be surprised if this product is exactly the same. Someone needs to sue trust Pilot for deceptive and misleading conduct. Bottom line..DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING TRUST PILOT PUTS ONLINE.!
