Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the confusion and disappointment.
Our Topical Finasteride & Minoxidil Solution is dispensed in a 180 mL bottle, but the prescribed fill volume for this order is 90 mL. Because the bottle is larger than the prescribed amount, it can appear half full even when the correct volume has been dispensed.
That said, we understand why this would be confusing, especially given the cost. Please feel free to send the photos, and we’ll be happy to review them and confirm that the order matches what was prescribed and dispensed by the pharmacy.
We’ve also flagged this with our service team so we can make the expected fill volume clearer for future orders.

XYON it works like slow magic
XYON, your product is really good and it works. 🙂
I had a hair transplant done in Turkey in 2014, and after many years I felt I needed an upgrade without having to go back to Turkey again. XYON was a great option, and I can honestly say the product works.
The hard part is choosing the right formula that works best for each person. Personally, I didn’t really like the gel because it feels sticky and it is difficult to apply properly to the scalp, especially if you have longer hair.
I wish XYON offered international shipping, as well as a live one-on-one consultation option. The support team was helpful, but they did not really answer my questions regarding product selection. I wanted to change from the gel to a serum or possibly a different mix, but I wasn’t sure which option would work best for me.
Overall, the product is great, but better guidance on choosing the right formula would make the experience much better.

I’ve been taking monoxodil orally for years from my local pharmacy but it wasn’t until I received xyon’s version of the same drug that I saw considerably improved results. Lack of hair growth is no longer an obsessive concern.

The cost of this product is insane
The cost of this product is insane, I left and was able to find something for a third of the cost. Also the product I received was a small plain white bottle, but they advertise the black and blue bottle with their logo, I'd say borderline false advertising
