You will feel yourself very comfortable from the first minute of communication with customer service support while choosing the yacht, seeing it before, having replies on different additional questions that may appear. Very nice captain with a sence of homour and staff on the yacht! Very clean and cosy yacht! No doubt will use this rent service again.

Fantastic communication throughout the booking process with Sergio, who helped us to find the yacht that suited our capacity etc.

On the day, it was very unfortunate as the boat party before us were checked for Emirates IDs by coast guards and our boat came into the marina 45 minutes later than scheduled because of this. It was hot and sweaty waiting around but the captain allowed us to wait on the neighbouring boat while we waited.

The company gave us a discount because of this unfortunate situation and dealt with it well. A gift bag was also left on the boat and this was kept and securely handed over.

Overall we had a great time on the boat, thank you!

Absolutey amazing and can not recommend them enough. We made a mistake and asked them to accommodate us by changing the dates which they did with no hassle! This is a really professional and friendly yacht company. I’m not one to write reviews, but I had to. I enjoyed every seconds of my time on the yacht, and the crew made it one to remember too.

The staff were all perfect, very polite and helpful. The representatives are really good and helpful. But I was not happy about the griller at all, it’s mainly like a heater and we couldn’t cook anything. Also the route of 2 hours tour is very boring and scary specially if you are going at night as there is nothing to see, just a Black Sea all the way except 5 mins of reaching to Atlantis and at the end when you are in the marina canal. The sea was so wavy and we were all just trying to keep ourselves safe rather than enjoying the time. So personally I don’t recommend it at all during the night.

Overall experience was amazing! Had a great time. Staff were friendly and cooperative although Ronda could have been friendly as she seemed a bit cold.

I had a great experience using Gold's Yachts. They proved to be a very professional company to deal with. The boat was very clean and had all amenities, but the best thing was the level of customer experience was excellent. The crew were very attentive and anticipated everything we wanted. They were very friendly and eager to help. I will definitely use this company in the future and would recommend them to others.

We were told on the phone that during the ride we could go swimming for some time but on the day they told us no, so that threw off our plans for the 2 hours. Other than that, everything was pretty straightforward, the crew were friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful time.
