Beware...

Beware... definitely would not recommend Yaluum. In mid-November 2025, I ordered a bracelet as a Christmas gift. When it didn't arrive by Christmas, I asked for a refund which they flatly refused. After over a dozen emails back and forth over several months promising "it will be shipped next week," it never arrived. I finally filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company and was issued a refund in February 2026.

The bracelet I received isn’t stamped…

The bracelet I received isn’t stamped with the s925 100% sterling silver stamp and doesn’t have the clasp that is on videos and pics on Yaluum’s instagram and online store ,this is false advertising at its best ,I had already purchased same bracele in December and it is identical to what you advertised ,the one I received this past week looks and feels better like silver plated metal ,isn’t stamped with s 925 marking ,I want what I paid for ! Very simple !

Horrible Experience

Save your time, money and frustration. While I have received a couple of orders from Yaluum and they have been satisfactory, my most recent and expensive order of over $500 has not been received. After disputing the transaction with my credit card company, they finally “sent the merchandise”, two months after I placed the order, only it was the wrong size. After an additional two weeks, they finally sent a return label and I returned the incorrect item to them, which they acknowledged they received. In the meantime, they disputed my dispute and sent the tracking information for the return to my credit card company showing the item was in transit but saying they never received it. The credit card company gave them their money back so I’m now out over $500. I’ve placed many orders online and have never had such a horrible experience. Think twice before ordering anything from Yaluum.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had trying to return merchandise!
After receiving the bracelet, I was unable to put it on because of the clasp. I was not happy with the clasp as it was cheap and not the quality I expected for the price that I paid ($191.00) I contacted the company and requested a refund. After many emails, they finally agreed to give me a refund after the bracelet was returned and inspected. It took weeks and many more emails and excuses before I was given return instructions and a return label! The bracelet was returned and I was told I would be receiving a credit to my credit card. It has been several weeks and again, after many emails and promises of the refund, I finally gave up and reported the problem to my credit card provider. The customer service people will give you the "run around" I never received so many emails! And in the end, they do not keep their promises!

This company is the absolute worst

This company is the absolute worst! Do not fall for their scams. I was compelled to order two pieces of jewelry based on their Instagram ad. What a scam!

I ordered on 2/3 and never shipped and did it for a Vday gift. I just disputed the charge. Don't waste your time.

SCAM

SCAM. Ordered January 2nd. It said Jan 9th delivery. I emailed asking why it hadn’t shipped yet and they said delays it’ll ship next week. Didn’t ship. Kept asking they said another delay. I said tell me exactly when and they said give us til Jan 30. I emailed Feb 2nd asking and they said end of week. Of course it was another lie. They even said they shipped it and sent a tracking number, but it’s just a pre-shipment label with nothing sent. They’re definitely a scam company.

Never received my order

Never received my order after multiple promises it was on its way. Had to actually issue a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back, as Yaluum wouldn’t issue a refund on their end. The extra cherry on top was they were only responding on Instagram and not emails.

Complete scam company!!!

Complete scam company! I ordered on 12/4 for 12/9 delivery. It kept getting delayed and delayed with excuse after excuse. On 12/22 when I just wanted my money back since it hadn't shipped they could just keep it, all of a sudden a shipping label was created saying it was on it's way so they couldn't refund. Then after the tracking number showed it was never taken to the post office it was more lies after lies about how the Post Office was backed up, then the P.O lost it, then they found it and it was on it's way, lie after lie. Today is 1/22 and it still doesn't show ever dropped off. All they did was just a create a fake label to say they couldn't refund and then try to blame to post office. Looks like everyone else on here had the same experience. I am disputing with my credit card company as a scam. Do not buy from them.

Don't trust the Yaluum yoyos or their so-called Wisdom

I placed an order on December 14 for a Christmas gift. It was labeled as still available for delivery before the holiday.

On December 22, I still had not received my purchase. A search on Shop.app, which tracks Yaluum orders, reporting it was "Waiting for details."

I emailed Yaluum's customer service. Wisdom Michael responded:

"There was a brief delay in the final stage of processing, but I want to reassure you that your order is now scheduled to ship between today and tomorrow. You should receive your order before Christmas. Please bear with us.
It is fully accounted for and prioritized, and you will receive the tracking information as soon as it is dispatched."

There was no delivery before Christmas. I followed up 12/26/25, 1/2/26, and 1/6/26, each time receiving assurances that my "order will be shipped within the next few days." It's now well over a month and crickets.

And, I get an email almost every day trying to sell me more stuff.

Horrible Communication

I placed an order based on an expected delivery date. Because it was during the Thanksgiving holiday I was not concerned when the order did not arrive on time. When I still did not have tracking information more than a week later, I reached out via email. This email was unanswered. I waited another week and reached out again for an update via email. Several days later when I did receive an email I was told my order would go out later that week. After another week with no communication I emailed asking to cancel my order. I suddenly received tracking information. After the order was received I began asking for return information because of the overall experience. This is a cheap product and I was not expecting fine quality but I did expect a communication. That has been lacking since after multiple attempts I still do not have any refund and return information, simply the promise of a free gift with my next order. The communication I received today was that a refund would be a huge loss to the company. I do not recommend ordering from this company, even for inexpensive pieces.

Update: After my review the merchant agreed to a return and refund with the ask that I take my review down. I was sent a label and shipped the purchase back. Due to the weather UPSP did delay it actually getting back to the merchant. They have now had the return for over 2 weeks while they are inspecting the item before approving the return. Follow up has been nonexistent. Hopefully I get answers soon.

The bracelet quality was awesome. My only complaint was filling the order in a timely fashion. The response time to support emails. They finally got it to me the quality was A1.

Never received my item

Never received my item. They keep making up excuses in their emails. I receive plenty of marketing emails from them but never about the actual item I ordered. Do not buy from them. They are a scam.

ABSOLUTELY SCAM if you're trying to exchange. Its literally been almost 3 months. Have emails giving excuses every time I reach out. Literally have customer services promising me and still nothing. It's almost weird. $200+ stolen from me. I am filing with every entity I can and writing to everyone i can im so pissed. Sad, stay far away from these guys ... order number 17219

Bought 2 items on line Friday Dec.19 @ 9am . Paid for express delivery. 1-2 day . Now end of day December.23 no delivery, no tracking #. The website tracking does not work. They advertise concierge 24 hour support, email answered after 12 hours by a BOT / AI generated response. Chased twice got same exact response back. Response says will be here by Christmas. Maybe Father Christmas delivery it ??

I wish I had read reviews before making the purchase. I should know better than buying anything from FB adds.

Seems like a total scam.
