Really fun website with thousands of great products. Ordered a few items for our pug Peggy and we love them all!

I have used Yappy previously and again under new ownership. I am very happy with the items I have received recently(mugs and a tea towel). The printing is very good and the colours are bright. I will definitely buy from them again.

I purchased 2 dog checkered throw blankets at £29.95 each. On receipt, I was shocked at how poor quality they are: light and very flimsy. As I had the Cavalier King Spaniel icon printed on each, I could not return them.
Not recommended! Very poor quality. Certainly not appropriate for dogs.

I ordered two bowls from Yappy and they arrived promptly. The quality is excellent and they look great as well. Everything was well packaged and exactly as described. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend Yappy to others.

I used to shop with Yappy before they were taken over by new owners. I saw some less flattering reviews but have to say am thrilled with the new dog bowl for my huge sheepadoodle. Great quality and great service

A little concerned at first with some of the reviews but.. the choices to match up your dogs to the products was great, delivery fast and the gifts I bought amazing and luckily loved by all! What to buy next..

I have ordered before and liked the products, but things have changed for the worse.

I got in touch to ask when it would be coming, they'd made a mistake and it was stuck in the system. No rush order or anything, so I received it two weeks late.

The quality is NOT what I would expect for the money. Honestly looks like something from Temu. £30 for a tatty little blanket with blurry printing. Really disappointed, and of course they won't refund as they are personalised items.

I'm not even sure I will give them to the recipient, they are that bad, and also way past the birthday they were ordered for.

One stars because customer services were at least apologetic about it, not that they did anything to speed it up.

Ordered a tote bag and bowls for our new dog , everything arrived quickly and is great quality - very impressed!

Still not received item despite multiple emails (all ignored) and my trustpilot review on 7 January 2026. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS.

Having been a loyal customer of Yappy for a good few years, I was gutted when they stopped trading. I was delighted when they reopened - however they seem to be a completely different company. The cards are thin and poor quality and the tshirt I ordered was stiff and rough. Certainly not the quality I was used to getting. I am still waiting on an expensive sherpa fleece which was ordered at the beginning of December.

Really poor experience ordering items for Christmas. I made sure I placed the order weeks before Christmas. Despite this, most of the order was delayed and poor quality of items.

Two cards arrived on time but were folded flat, not straight, and paper material is not what you’d expect for cards.

After chasing up the rest of the order by emailing them, it finally arrived two days before Christmas. I ordered a cushion but was only sent a cushion cover, no cushion! On the website it’s advertised as a cushion. Bandanas I ordered for the dogs are also too big.

Its a pity as when I used Yappy two years ago we were very happy with items.

Used to be so good. Order received was somebody else’s, my order which was a Xmas present for someone, not received. Won’t respond to emails to customer services. Won’t use again.

Have used Yappy in the past and been extremely satisfied. However since being taken over I cannot say the same. Ordered a card and I never got it. Apparently delivered by Amazon and left behind a wheelie bin I don't have. Taken me two weeks to get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have ordered bags from the site before and was delighted when Yappy was trading again. I ordered two more bags, the quality of which is disappointing. The previous bags were well made in a pleasant, robust cotton but these are polyester and not so well made, although the printing and colours are good. It’s too late now to return them as I need to send presents off tomorrow, but very disappointed in this decline in quality.

Having received bags previously as gifts for other dogs, decided to order one for my new dog.
Am still waiting, ordered on 1st December…….
Reading other reviews, im not hopeful of getting it, or of it being as nice as the others. I hadn’t realised the company had changed hands unfortunately.
I would be cautious about ordering from here ………

Update- i had an unknown parcel with EVRI sitting at depot. Turns out it was Yappy!
So delay not all their fault but no notification from them that it was dispatched!
Bag is ok- not as nice as the previous ones though

I noticed Yappy are back trading again and was delighted, but everything seems to have doubled in price, even the cute cards I used to get, I'm afraid i will not be buying from Yappy again, Good luck to them.

I’m so disappointed with the cushion I received from Yappy. Who on earth decided it was fit to charge money for??
The fabric is rough acrylic, it feels horrid, it’s cheap & static. The print is fuzzy and extremely poor quality and there’s lots of loose threads sticking out all around the cushion edges, one is actually stitched across the cushion corner. Clearly there’s no quality control. I’ve used this company many times in the past but since they’ve had the hiatus & started trading again the service and the product quality is most definitely sub par, nothing like previously. The item was a week late with no communication to advise of this & I didn’t receive any dispatch email when it finally was shipped.
I was so pleased that Yappy was trading again but this is not the Yappy I loved in the past. I won’t be purchasing again.

Returning customer having been gutted that Yappy had ceased trading a few months ago. Ordered a xmas decoration and cushion in our new pup's name. Both arrived quickly and were good quality but unfortunately the wrong cushion was packed (same colour but different dog's name). Advised Yappy and Russ arranged for a replacement to be sent without issue. Correct cushion arrived (actually received 2 cushions, so unsure if the other was our original cushion). Despite other recent reviews, I feel the quality is good and the designs are certainly as good
