The initial service from Yard Home Loans was positive, but once it appeared that we might not be able to increase our deposit or borrowing amount due to our temporary residency the team tried their best to gather the required information to assist us going forwards. Although time consuming the end result was fair. We will be visiting again in the new year when our circumstances change and see what our options are.

A friend recommended Yard to me a few years ago when I was struggling under the weight of ATO debt repayments. So many banks would not even consider me with that debt and Yard not only said yes but they also were able to cash out some equity in my property. Since that time I have recently refinanced with Yard and the experience was exceptional! What I love: quick, takes all factors into account and considers all options, can do almost the whole finance process online except for a couple of verifying phone calls (but also receptive to phone calls if you prefer to talk to them), offers helpful advice when requested, and to be honest they just really know their stuff. The people I have spoken to there over there are Toni, Luke and now James and they are all awesome. Thank you Yard!

I recently worked with Toby from Yard Home Lenders and he was an absolute gem in helping us secure an urgent investment loan. We only had a week to get it approved before facing interest penalties, and Toby went above and beyond to make it happen.

I first spoke to him on a Monday morning, and by that afternoon our loan application was already submitted. It was a low doc loan, and we had to pay $1,000 to fast-track it in the hopes of settling by the following Wednesday. Throughout the whole process, Toby kept me updated regularly and was incredibly proactive.

While the credit team slowed things down a bit (we didn’t get full approval until the following Tuesday afternoon), the legal settlement team was very responsive once they understood our urgency. They sent through all the paperwork on Wednesday, but unfortunately, settlement wasn’t finalised until Thursday, meaning we still had to pay the penalty fee.

Despite this, I couldn’t be happier with the service Toby provided. His dedication, clear communication, and genuine effort to make things happen in such a tight timeframe made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend Toby and Yard Home Lenders.
