After 4-5 years of trying to resolve a simple re finance and transfer including removing two owners from the property title being way too hard for the banks, I was fortunate to try Yard Finance and have had a great outcome in receiving the required result.
Highly recommend Meghan at Yard Finance.

They were a great help to me. I almost lost my deposit, but they secured my loan in just a couple of days. The settlement was completed on the same day they received the loan documents, and the money was in my account within 10 minutes after settlement.

Toby and Shruti were fantastic to deal with! They were highly knowledgeable, professional and great at communicating with us throughout the process of obtaining our loan. Will definitely be using them again in future.

Smooth easy process. Excellent to deal with

I contacted them in early February 2025 with an urgent loan application, clearly stressing that time was critical due to an active construction approval. I was assured by Shruti, the loan officer, that my application would be processed quickly once all documents were submitted. I provided everything within 10 days.

Unfortunately, that’s where the efficiency ended. Shruti initially gave me incorrect information about the risk fee, and since then has been consistently unresponsive — rarely replying to emails or phone calls unless I escalate the matter through other staff at Yard.

It’s now been over 6 weeks and the application is still not assessed. I’ve spent most of my time chasing updates and trying to get basic communication. If you’re expecting a streamlined, professional service with clear timelines, look elsewhere. I feel completely misled by the glowing reviews and would strongly caution anyone who needs a fast or responsive lending process.

Yard does not have listings with Google or ProductReview.com.au. My poor experience does not align with the overall reviews on Trust Pilot, perhaps because these reviews are heavily controlled.

Our broker at Yard, David, was excellent. Our loan application was complex and David was able to find the right lender for us with reasonable rates. Communication was great and smooth process.
