I returned a $50 sweater and spent 11.00 to do so to the California address. The max refund they will give me is $23,...which I never expect to see. They told me the sweater has to be returned to Dubai and that is VERY expensive and I would be responsible. This is a disreputable company. BEWARE!!!! UPDATE ....after a multitude of emails and pestering, I received a refund. Not the amount I spent and requested but more than I expected. This company needs to change its customer service practices. Lesson learned....I will never again buy anything from them.

It was easy to order. Shipping wasn't too long. I would. appreciate close-up photos of the item so you can see the weave and the texture of the item, plus see any pattern better.

Sweaters arrived really fast. Run a little small. I wear medium but would have preferred a large.

Attractive designs and good fit. I ordered two different styles and like both.

The sweaters are a decent quality, not best, but decent. Possibly a bit overpriced. The shipping took too long. I doubt I'd order from them again.

The delivery took over a month to be delivered.

The clothing from this company is NOT made in the US as advertised on their site. They do not accept returns. The shipping address is NJ, but the return address is in Dubai. The garments I purchased do not have a tag for place a of origin, nor for the fiber content; I believe this is required by law. When I tried to return, they offered a $14 refund (and keep the garments), then $35, finally $58. On my credit card there are 2 foreign transaction fees, something that was not mentioned when I checked out.

I ordered a sweater and it was the wrong size. I returned the sweater to an address in NJ and was told that the item shipped from Dubai. So it’s a lie that the product was made in the US. I spent $63.47 on the sweater, including shipping. This company issued me a refund for $22, so I am out more than $40. Stay away from this company. They are not reliable!
