Bought this thing for the first time. Pathetic taste, the bottom of cup was empty and it was all FULL OF SUGAR - 76%!!! And WHY the heck is this product So popular in the market?? It tastes like $2 icee, the price is STUPIDLY jacked UP and the whole thing is a RIP OFF!! Moreover, it’s all full of Fat - 30%!!! Come on!

I have been eating their frozen yogurt bars for approximately 5 years. 3 of the last 4 boxes the product has shrunk inside the wrapper by 2 to 3 inches.
I called customer service and they absolutely tortured me with asking me many many questions and at the end they wanted my email address and for me to take a photo of the product so they can see. The customer service representative had a foreign accent so that was annoying as well as trying to comply with his many questions. They call this customer service!! Not so. I will be returning the product to the super market and not purchasing their product in the future. Train your personnel to be more pro active to the consumer!!
Lovely and tasty ice cream but no idea why they don't sell online on the website. so annoyed as I wanna try all the flavors and my local super market doesn't carry some.
