We recently both bought and sold a house through Yates Hellier. The process was seamless. Ross came and visited us in our property and talked us thoroughly and very informatively through the whole process. Once all details had been agreed we were set up with an individual web link app that linked to both the purchase of our new property and the sale of the old. We decided to do the viewings ourselves and the app showed us each viewing scheduled in time and date order with the names of the viewers so it was really easy to keep op top of them. Again, once the property went to closing the offers submitted were also viewable in the app along with the progress of missives etc. On top of this we also had a WhatsApp group set up between ourselves and Ross and Natalie. Natalie sent us an additional message each morning with a list of viewers and kept us updated via WhatsApp of any last minute time changes or additional viewings. If we had any questions then we could message, and it was replied to immediately. I could not recommend Yates Hellier highly enough as a very professional company with a great team of staff working both in front and behind the scenes. Their communication and knowledge of the property market is second to none.

I have just bought my flat through Yates Hellier and was very impressed with the process. Ross Yates showed me around the property and was very professional and knowledgeable. They used a smooth and efficient online form when getting the information they needed from me, and offered me warm congratulations when I went to their office to collect my keys. I would definitely consider selling a property through them in future, although I do hope I don't move again anytime soon!

Fantastic service from Ross and Natalie. They went above and beyond to make sure I was always updated with the last progress. From start-to-finish, they have been superb to deal with. Highly recommended.

Ross was a brilliant agent. He was open and honest and I felt like I could trust him from our first meeting. He was also incredibly accommodating and took all our personal considerations into account. We had been looking for a bigger place for a while and with his backing we decided to put our flat on the market before finding a new place. This was a considerable risk for us due to time pressures in our family situation, however, Ross helped guide us through the selling and buying process. We were very lucky in the sale of our flat and achieved an amazing price which allowed us to offer on a property which would have previously been out of our budget. I say we were lucky but sometimes you make your own luck and in this case I whole heartedly believe that we would not have been as lucky if we didn’t have Ross taking us through both processes. We are incredibly happy with how things have worked out and have Ross to thank, I cannot recommend YatesHellier highly enough, they were brilliant!
