I called them, customer service answered all my questions super professionally and in details. I ordered a tv, arrived promptly. Just installed and it looks brand new. The LG TV I bought from Yellow Electronics was exactly as described on its web site. It was delivered fast and at the time indicated and arrived extremely well wrapped. It didn't qualify for an LG warranty but Yellow provided their own equivalent terms. I am very happy with the TV and the fair price asked. I will be back.

Refurbished 55C was received next day. Even the delivery driver commented on the quality of the protective outer packaging. The TV was in original packaging complete with accessories and information sheets. Condition is as new and works perfectly, still early days. Guarantee to sort next.

I was a little dubious to start with as the prices seemed too good to be true, but I am so glad that I made the decision to buy from these guys. The tv I bought had the tiniest mark on it, which covered up with a tiny dab of black paint; otherwise perfect. That tiny mark saved me £300.
