Our daughter was offered a place at Hartpury College but did not secure on campus accommodation until part way through the first half term. Without YES Guardians she would not have been able to take up the place at the College despite achieving the results she needed. Her host family went above and beyond to make her feel welcome, including catering for her food intolerance. We felt reassured that we were leaving our daughter in excellent hands. YES Guardians always answered emails promptly and kept us updated with any changes. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Yes Guardians is an outstanding guardianship company. Our daughter spent 2 years with their hosts, including spending a year and a half living with Marc and Hayley’s family. The food is delicious, communication is outstanding, and they are kind and professional. Very glad that we chose Yes Guardians to support our daughter during her time at school, it was one of the best companies we looked at when deciding.

YES Guardians

Our daughter was starting at Hartpury college in September 2024. Like many people, she could not get a room at the college so we were in a tricky situation. The college is too far to commute daily so we had too find a solution and fast.
We heard about YES Guardians and their (Homestay and academic support service) through social media and the college.
We made contact, filled in the application forms and talked through anything we didn’t understand.
Some of the questions on the form provide useful info for the hosts like diet requirements, health needs, whether they come from a rural or urban environment etc.
We were offered great accommodation with lovely hosts in a very short time. YES Guardians have even put on a bus service that takes students from door to door each college day.
We have both been very impressed with the YES Guardians service, their friendly and approachable manner, great communication and interest in making it all work for the hosts, students and college.

What a brilliant experience!

My daughter approached Yes Guardians after she was unable to get on site accommodation for her course at Hartpury College.

Within days Yes Guardians found her a fantastic host family just a few miles from the college, and even arranged transport to take her to and from college each day.

The host family are perfect for her, and have made her feel totally welcome

Every step of the way the communication has been great, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Yes Guardians to others.

Hayley & Marc have been great to deal with during the stressful time of trying to arrange accommodation for my son when he starts college at Hartpury.

Not only did they arrange a host family they also helped with getting a place on the bus service and even offered an alternative transport service.

My son was was eventually offered a last minute place on campus so did not require the host family, but Hayley and Marc were very supportive of our decision and refunded all the money we had paid up front the next working day.

Would definitely recommend to any parents in a similar situation.

Hayley at yes guardians was so helpful with any questions we asked even when some were not her concern. Tried to help out with transport issues and admission into Hartpury colllege.
Although our daughter decided against going to Hartpury I have no doubt that she would have had a fantastic time with her host family . Highly recommend Yes Guardians

Having lived with Marc and Hayley for about 6 months, I have to say they are some of the kindest, funniest and caring people I have ever met! The food is brilliant and it always feels very homely when I am staying with them. There's always a lot to do on the weekends - no homesickness guaranteed! I've even gotten accustomed to the cats and it's always a joy being around their girls. Couldn't recommend yes guardians more!

I’m honestly so grateful to you both and Amy and Neal as without you both the last year at Hartpury wouldn’t have been possible. So a huge thank you for being so kind and helpful. It’s been odd thinking of Harry living with another family… but knowing he was being looked after so well had put my mind at rest.

We have worked with Hayley and Marc for over a year now providing students with a home for weekends and half term holidays and recently for a student for weekdays whilst at college near by.
Hayley and Marc are great to work for, always professional and more importantly always available on the end of the phone to provide support for us as a host family.
We love working for them and having students stay with us.

The host family which Yes Guardians introduced to us, was really kind and generous, my child had a great time with the family during his Half Term Holiday. My child is 11 years old and the family took him out to the play ground everyday, they also went on a theme park trip at the weekend. As I am living oversea, the family helped to arrange a birthday party and prepared birthday gifts to my boy. I am really pleased with all the arrangement and my boy was well looked after. We will definitely go back again for his next school holiday.

As an educational agent and guardian myself, i have sometimes needed services provided by other guardianship agencies. Luckily, Marc & Hayley of "YES" came to my rescue by very swiftly providing the extra accommodation i needed. Since that point we have worked closely with YES Guardians to help a number of students. Marc & Hayley are clearly very passionate about their duties and support for their students, not to mention very qualified in safe guarding. I will always choose YES Guardians as a priority choice.

I am an Italian teacher and I spent 8 days with this wonderful host family!
My host family helped me a lot to prepare for my living life in Cheltenham. They drove me to visit the city, they explained where to catch the bus, they cooked delicious meals.
I spent a wonderful periodo with them and I loved the two daughters!

When we decided that our 16 year old daughter would attend boarding school in the UK, we were excited and immediately nervous about how she would be cared for while there. We found Yes Guardians and worked with Hayley & Marc Harris to understand how their services could help us. We are so glad we did. They have made things so much easier for us and the genuine care they have for my daughter has helped immensely. They are proactive in their communications and they put our daughters well being and safety at the top of the priority list. They've arranged transportation to and from the airport, they've helped as our daughter navigated things with her host family and most of all, they are always there no matter what or when you need them. We couldn't be happier with our relationship with them. I wouldn't hesitate using them again or recommending them to anyone needing a guardian program. They're the best.

Lovely family made of incredible people. I stayed with Marc and Hayley for 1 week per year for 4 years consequently and it was a very big pleasure.
Very suggested family and the two little girls are very cute and they give a bit of sweetness in all the house.
