I want to write a little truth about Yesil Yurt dental clinic from Turkey. After a long time negotiating about going to the above-mentioned clinic with a guy who introduced himself as originally from the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, but I was a bit busy the whole time and even had some surgery so I didn't manage to find time to read their feedback on trust pilot until the last day. Even trusting that guy, I ordered a plane ticket from the UK to Izmir, got ready to go but I couldn't rest until that moment and went to trust pilot and read all the services that work in this dental clinic but usually I read the negative feedback first because that's where you can see best what they are like and what kind of services they have and when I read a few I immediately went and cancelled the plane ticket even though I knew I was losing the money I paid for that ticket. People complain about all kinds of their service because problems appeared immediately and they called this dental clinic but never got an answer and the work they did in this clinic should have a guarantee of at least 20 years but that is a big lie from Yesilyurt. I sent a liar Macedonian that I will not come because I read about them what people from the UK say about the clinic that they paid a lot of money and lost all hope of their help from the clinic because they do not answer their calls, but that liar asks me where I read that they give some guarantee. I always asked him to send me the entire invoice in PDF format so I can see what it is about and what they do and why they guarantee but I never received that invoice I did get from the same guy several times supposedly their certificate which was bought on the internet for £5 and that is the only PDF file I got from the big liar and see a little child that that certificate is fake. That's why, my dear potential visitors, feel free to bypass this clinic in Turkey, because they are thieves and criminals, and the world is full of such people today. Die schlimmste Klink ,keinen Stern wert die haben grauenvolle Arbeit gemacht!Sie haben mir riesige Pferdezähne geklebt und wollten mir kein neues Muster geben obwohl ich geweint habe und gesagt haben sie passen nicht !Es war einfach nur grausam 4 Stunden vor Abflug sagten sie mir entweder wir kleben jetzt oder sie fahren ohne Zähne nach Hause ,ich war leider nicht die einzigste die so behandelt wurde ganz viele Patienten hatten schreckliche Zähne !Sie wollten mir auch mein Geld nicht wiedergeben ,ich hatte jetzt doppelte Kosten weil sie in einer anderen Klinik meine Zähne korrigieren mussten bitte fahrt da nicht hin es ist die Hölle! Leider kann ich hier keine Fotos reinsetzen damit Ihr sehen könnt was sie mir und anderen angetan haben !

Amazing work and very friendly. They will help you all the way. I couldn’t have asked more from them. I’m English so I had John to help me on the way and he was also amazing. I have my confidence back all thanks to them.

From the moment I arrived to the airport everything has been taking care of my Driver was waiting for me take me to the hotel the following day to the Clinic after x-ray Work is done I left the Clinic with temporary teeth after three days try my new teeth with some adjustment all done nicely great stuff professional dentist I do recommend it.

Defective treatment by Dt. Muhsin Enes Eşen and total clinic neglectI traveled from Germany for a 4+4 implant and zirconium crown treatment at Özel Yeşilyurt Clinic (Bostanlı branch). On May 1, 2026, my permanent crowns were fitted. However, right from the dental chair, I experienced serious issues, which I immediately reported to coordinator Nila (Nilüfer İş). First, the doctor told Nila that due to my skull anatomy, no one and no other clinic could ever do it better. Then, Nila added that my jaw anatomy was also the problem.After returning to Germany, the complications worsened. I experience a constant, intense discomfort that causes a steady aching pain under the crowns. It feels like a locked spring inside my mouth with a tight, vise-like pressure on the implants. My tongue is constantly being bitten because there is literally no space left for it. Furthermore, a white piece of material broke off and fell from the defective crown.When I continued to report these objective complications, coordinator Nila chose to accuse me of being "unconstructive" and blocked my WhatsApp number on May 16 to cut off my communication. Following this, the British branch directed me to another representative, Sara (+90 544 798 38 24). Sara called me first, but as soon as I provided her with the evidence of the defects and gaps, she also turned on a total ignore mode and has remained completely silent since Wednesday, May 20. The clinic has also completely ignored my official emails sent to their corporate address since May 10. They took my money in cash, promised a 5-year warranty, and completely abandoned a patient in pain. I am currently going through the official German medical evaluation (Gutachten) with my AOK insurance. Potential international patients, please stay away from this place.

Very very disorganised as regards waiting time. We are just back from there after having 20 zirconium crowns. Transfer from airport was terrible. Picked a patient up from one of their clinics, on the way to our hotel. She was dripping in blood and in pain. She couldn't speak English and all of us in the minibus were english so we couldn't help her. Took ages to get to hotel. The hotel was ok,but we had to change rooms because of the dreadful sewage smell in bathroom. Pick ups for the clinic were anyhow. One day we were at clinic from 10 in morning and got back to hotel at 10 at night.!!! Transfer driver got lost. With us in it. Now down to treatment. Our dentist,Enes, was excellent. So precise and thorough. His assistant,Zehra was lovely. Both of those absolutely amazing. When it was painful, he was so gentle and gave us lots of freeze and injections. The drinks lady works so hard in the clinic fetching drinks all day. She is also a credit to the clinic. And Sarah, English lady was superb . Helped us out loads. Negative points, no organisation, at all. Plus side, we had a wonderful dentist, tea lady and god bless Sarah .

This clinic was so unorganised. The waiting time between appointments in the clinic was close to 6 hours daily. They have only 3 people who speak English and not very well. The quality of work was unacceptable. When I challenged the results I was not greeted with a unprofessional response. I was charged €3000 for Zirconia crown which was not what they used. Horrendous experience. Do not attend this clinic. I attended in April 2nd 2026 and am on my way back to a new clinic for a remake .

Dear Sir/Madam,
We applied to İzmir Yeşilyurt Dental Clinic for a full mouth crown treatment for my wife, Yurdagül Ekiz. We were informed that all teeth would be made of zirconium, and based on this information, we paid €2,800. However, we later discovered that only the front teeth were zirconium, while the back teeth were made of a different material.
Additionally, we were told that her old crowns on the back teeth would be examined and therefore removed. However, the removed crowns were not returned to us.
The treatment process was completed on 31.10.2025. During the crown preparation, the teeth were not sufficiently and properly reduced. After the crowns were cemented, they had to be removed again, and during this process one of my wife’s back teeth was broken. Despite this, the clinic stated that this was not their fault and that it was normal, refusing to accept responsibility.
After the treatment was completed, my wife suffered from severe pain for approximately two months. When we returned to the Netherlands, we consulted another dentist who informed us that the crowns had not been properly done and that there were issues with the treatment.
When we contacted İzmir Yeşilyurt Dental again, they stated that they would not cover our flight tickets, only the hotel and transfer costs. However, when we traveled to İzmir, we realized that many of the promises and statements they had made were not accurate. Furthermore, the behavior and attitude of the staff were quite rude.
As a result of all these events, we have suffered both financially and emotionally. We are extremely disappointed due to the misinformation, the broken tooth during treatment, the prolonged pain, and the cracked zirconium crown.
Our treatment record number is ABS202000001126. We request that the responsibility for the faulty treatment be acknowledged, that the necessary corrections be carried out carefully and professionally, and that our financial loss be compensated.

Bylam pacjentka tej kliniki, pare dni temu wrocilam z drugiej wizyty i jestem przeszczesliwa. Mam piekne, stale zeby i cudowny usmiech. Caly proces leczenia, zabieg wszczepienia 12 implantow odbyl sie bez zadnych komplikacji, po miesiacu od powrotu z kliniki mialam juz calkiem wygojone dziasla, a druga wizyta odbyla sie rowniez gladko. Bardzo fajni koordynatorzy, doswiadczeni lekarze, klinika wyposazona, ladna i bez zastrzezen. Naprawde polecam.

I was a patient of this clinic, just got back after my second visit and I am more than happy. I have fixed teeth and a beautiful smile. The whole treatment, surgery (12 implants) went with no complications. My gums were completely healed after a month from the implants surgery, the second visit went smooth as well. Lovely, caring staff, experience doctors, very well equipped clinic, clean and very nice. I truly recommend.

Clinica mi-a asigurat pe perioada tratamentului un hotel ireproșabil.

Service was great from start to finish had implants done was very nervous about coming but really happy with everything no extras when I got there fixed price batu was excellent all the way through as my translater and coordinator recommend 100 percent make sure batu looks after everything can't recommend enough

I came to this company as I had work done at another dentist they had made a mess. They were good enough to take me on and rectify the work and get m ready for the next stage. I can't wait to be back in January for the finals.

Abu was absolutely wonderful, he helped and guided me through the process.

I took my time choosing the best treatment and I affordability my journey started in Cardiff where I met a team of wonderful people. They helped me f, understand the procedure and everything was explained to me in great detail. I was fortunate to meet the boss and now I’ve had photos taken with him in Turkey six months later it’s been a journey at sometimes painful but I can eat again. I so look forward to the rest of my life with beautiful teeth.
