I bought two custom name denim jackets for my daughters and after one wash the names were coming off. I purchased them for the conceited but I was better off making them myself! $70 each for nothing!

Frustrated - Total Scam

My mom purchased these adorable overalls for my 4 year old for Christmas. He absolutely loves them, but his name is started peeling off with only 3 months of wear (personalization is what made them special). I contacted the company and they offered a discount on another purchase (not acceptable, given the cost). Then they agreed to replace. Since, they've sent 9 emails in circles again offering a discount, saying the cost to return is too high (even though they said I could keep them), then offering a 10% refund, hardly a replacement! So disappointing, my 4 year old will be devastated as his name peels off. Beyond frustrated. Do better. If you want China to have a better reputation, deliver a quality product!

DO NOT BELIEVE them

Made an order on 03/10/2026 for clothing for Easter, 04/05/2026. a first pack arrived 04/03/2026, but some clothing were missing.
They arrived in a second pack 04/14/2026, just 9 days later for Easter; this pack have been shipped 03/25/2026, so 15 days just send it.
Customer service is bunch of lier.
stay away from them

I just bought a personalised dress for…

I just bought a personalised dress for her birthday but I did not receive an email receipt so i thought maybe my order didnt go through so I did it again and the same thing happened i got no email receipt BUT this time I screenshotted the order number and all other information after checking out. However I do not know whether the first order indeed went through so i nay have ended up buying two. I have emailed but got no reply and now reading all these comments makes me scared plus chatgpt tells me this seller is risky and could be a scam. If I dont receive a reply in 24 hours ill write another review here and will call my bank.

I ordered 2 jackets from this site back…

I ordered 2 jackets from this site back in November around the 8th it is now Dec 23 and I have not received NOTHING yet…. Reached out via email many times and I got told to track my package so i have!!! Still no jackets also I was told via email on Dec 3rd to wait 15 more days which I have done still no jackets !!! Now when I receive these jackets I’ll write a review again!! Don’t order from here unless you can wait 3 months

Bought a personalised varsity jacket…

Bought a personalised varsity jacket for my daughter for Christmas from this site and I'm very happy with it. The item arrived in good time to Ireland, tracking worked the whole time. The jacket itself is well made can't complain about anything with it and I would definitely buy from site again.
