I was after replacement parts for some downlights and the manufacturer's website pointed me to Yesss Electrical. I'd never used them before, and seeing local stores gave me more confidence, however I decided to place my order online.

The items hadn't arrived within a week, despite showing in stock. I reached out and Ian from the Durham branch was very helpful. Ian called me back to let me know the issue and that he was on it. Ian, called again to see if I wanted to stick with delivery or collect the items from the Durham branch.

Despite the initial delay I really couldn't fault the service and will use again.

I had an issue with a failing EV charger that was under warranty but i was getting absolutely no joy with the manufacturer who had terrible customer service. I contacted Yesss and spoke to Ian and his team and their customer service is second to none. They chased up the manufacturer and kept me updated. Although they had the same issue, they decided to swap the item for me and fight the battle with the manufacturer.

I was kept updated, and felt valued. I would highly recommend Yesss. Great service.
