Near impossible to get hold of, don't respond to emails and voicemail box always full. We were first to view a house, said we'd be interested but needed a second viewing to confirm with daughter, then radio silence from them, only to find someone else has been accepted. Very shoddy

We had one of the best property viewing experiences with Yeti Homes. Their BDM, Lakpa Sherpa, was incredibly meticulous in detailing every key aspect of the property.

While this level of service should be the standard across all estate agencies, our past experiences have shown otherwise. Typically, agents provide little to no information about the property beyond basic introductions like, "This is the living room, kitchen, etc." When asked specific questions, they often need to check and get back to us.

Yeti Homes, however, set a new benchmark with Lakpa’s exceptional service. Every estate agency should take a cue from them and strive to offer the same level of professionalism and expertise.
