Had an amazing bunch of counselors who provided a lot of help with the visa process, and helped me navigate the different requirements for funding related documents, all of which can be pretty strenuous to sort out on your own when you already have a bunch of other things on your plate.

I have had a great experience with Yocket. My primary contact was Tithi Mukherjee, she was very kind, easy to talk to, available and solved most of my doubts in matter of hours. As of the editing team, Purna was of immense help and she helped me craft my SOPs in a way I felt it represented me. I’d definitely recommend and refer other people for the services.

I had a great experience with yocket
I had a great experience with yocket. My primary counsellor chrys and my secondary counsellaor shivani guided me well from selecting the universities, followed up regularly to take ielts on time, applying to universities before deadlines and vaishnavi helped to edit and improve my sops and other documets. My counsellors helped me by answering all my doubts, being available for most of the time. Muskan from finance helped me a lot to get my loan sanctioned on time. They also provided me with enough mock to gain confidence before my main interview. With the help of yocket i got my visa approved. Thank you so much for all the efforts and follow ups.
PS: Besides this individuals should have some background on what course you want to study, which university and which country. Decide these things on your own. Also do not apply to more than 3 or 4 universities if you have very good academic and work profile.

It was good experience
The quality of your experience with a company like Yocket largely hinges on your counselor. A good counselor can make your journey smooth and positive. My counselor, Jasleen Kaur, was immensely helpful. Despite the mistakes I made and my initial confusion, she provided excellent guidance throughout the process.

Think twice
Please be careful before signing up with Yocket. They have no experience and use pathetic software to track. The support they offer on SOP and LOR is minimal. They need to understand how to shortlist universities based on needs. Anyone can recommend colleges like they do by using Google. Paying 50 K rupees, we received service worth 2 to 5 K. Please save your money and don't sign with Yocket. See the attached screenshot; the messaging has only worked for a few days. The only way to escalate is by chatting with the salesperson. They have a dedicated "counselor" with no experience; she gets flustered and cannot provide the information we need for such an important activity. I regret signing up with them.

Great Academic Support, But Financial Services Need Major Improvement
TLDR: Excellent guidance for college shortlisting and admissions, but the loan process is invasive and inefficient with poor interest rates and high fees.
They provided excellent guidance on shortlisting colleges and on how to prepare all my supporting materials for my admissions. However, their loan offering needs significant improvement. While it might be suitable for those unfamiliar with loans and the process, it's frustrating for those who do. They first ask for all your information and documents, which feels invasive, and then take 1-2 weeks to get a callback from banks that again request the same documents. This redundancy creates extra work, and a cherry on the cake is that the banks offer poor interest rates and high processing fees, despite Yocket advertising the best rates.
In summary, while their academic support is excellent, their financial services have significant room for improvement.

Excellent counsellors.
The counsellor, assigned to me (Satvinder) helped in an excellent way from start to end, be it university shortlisting, documentation, Visa guidance.
Yocket has a really good website that helps you organise things properly.
However their finance division sucks! Please do not depend on or consult their finance stuff.

The best guidance i could ask for, the whole journey with Yocket was perfect the constant guidance provided by my councillors at each step and turn.
From document preparation to mock visa interviews my councillors were there to help me and guide me to ace each step of my journey.
