It took a long time but I eventually got my wheels

Great communication and the wheels feel great!

I was looking for a set of lightweight aero wheels and after reviewing SuperTeam wheels, Farsport Wheels, Elitewheels, Winspace, and ICAN wheels, I decided to purchase the Yoeleo mixed wheels (60 mm rear wheel, 50 mm front wheel). The weight of the wheels are 1330 grams, as light, if not lighter than some of your higher end wheels. The cost was $800.00 as an end of year deal. I've put at least 1000 miles on the wheels. They're awesome...fast, light, stiff, and maintain speed. The wheels also look great on my Madone. I'm very happy with my purchase of these Yoeleo wheels. I also considered that these wheels have steel spokes rather than carbon. The ride has not been harsh. The wheels are stable, roll well, and climb well. I've not had any difficulty rolling on fast group rides with these wheels. They're impressive.

Great price, light wheels. Have been durable with about 3k miles on them so far. True and solid performance.

I purchased the H9 integrated cockpit for my new Van Dessel Arch 65 road bike. Got it at year end and on sale. Great communication and service from Intan to make sure it was the right fit and stack height. After installation I've got 500 miles on it and am very pleased with the fit, finish, and quality. Highly recommended!

More than 60 days and my order is not arrived...
I think this is something to be worried...
And customer services or comunication methods are not good.
I hope they can correct this situation.

I bought an R12 from Yoeleo 3.5 years ago and love it as much as I did on the first day it arrived. So much so I bought a pair of their carbon gravel wheels this year. Throughout both purchases and a handful of smaller ones, the people at Yoeleo Canada were very responsive and helpful. I recommend to everyone on my group rides.

I have been riding Yoeleo road frames for a couple of years after switching from a big-name brand to try and save a little money to afford race/event entry fees. Although a little skeptical at first, my R11 has lived up to, if not exceeded, all my expectations. I have completed numerous events/races and have NO regrets. Although I used my own parts to build the bike, I recently purchased a set of their roadwheels - again, I was very impressed at the level of comfort and performance. The bike and wheels 'punch' way above their price tag, and the customer service has also been stellar. Thank you, Yoeleo!

I made an order for the new NEXT Wheelset. Unfortunately the box was stolen from my door, but they literally sent me a new set in 48 hours. The service from the chat is really great, they answer questions 24 hours a day and the after sales also.

My frame is arrived already damaged. It was a building damage (there was a bubble in the carbon, painted), this happens when you haven’t a real quality control.

Super solid wheels at a very competitive price ! My bike needed a bit of an upgrade and decided on a nice set of carbon wheels. After 2 seasons, I’m still very very satisfied with my purchase and my wheels are still super true !

Ordered a pair of C50 PRO NXT and they were shipped in 48 hours, wicked fast and the quality of the wheels is incredible. The staff was really helpful to select product through chat and email.

Fast and great customer service from Yoeleo Canada

I recently purchased the Yoeleo Wheels SAT C50 Pro Nxt from Yoeleo Canada, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with both the product and the service. From the start, the customer service team was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions with quick and detailed responses. The delivery was prompt, and the wheels arrived in perfect condition, securely packaged.

As for the wheels themselves, the performance is outstanding. They are lightweight, responsive, and provide excellent aerodynamics on the road. Whether I’m climbing or pushing for speed on flat sections, they handle beautifully and give me a noticeable boost in performance. The quality of craftsmanship is evident, and they have exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend Yoeleo and their SAT C50 wheels to any cyclist looking for high-performance gear at a great price!

Ordered a Yoeleo C50 Nxt Pro wheelset from Yoeleo Canada. Service was great and the wheel came in about a week. No complaint so far, the wheels are light and super stiff.

Will probably buy a frame from them in a near futur

Great customer experience (R11 disc). Shipping delay respected and fast email reply. Now 2k km on the bike and no problem at all. Would recommend.

I ordered a new head unit and radar rear light from Yoeleo Canada. Product came quickly and undamaged. Love the my new head-unit and radar and very pleased with how easy it was to order and receive product.

Looking forward to ordering a power-meter in the future :)

My experience - with a Yoeleo rear wheel - still “under warranty”, beginning with a first email contact with Yoeleo on July 23, 2024, and ending Oct 7, 2024 with UPS delivery. (Actually it ended Oct 9, after the bike shop rebuilt the warrantied Yoeleo CF rim):

The wheels were used for <1000 kms (C50 Pro, 50mm deep, DT 350 hub rim brake CF rims).
It (the rear wheel) went out-of-true during a ride - and 2 different bike mechanics were not able to re-true the wheel successfully.

Yoeleo sucked the life out of me with their never-ending questions, and pictures and bike-mechanic assessment requests.

Then, IF you are lucky, you may finally receive the go-ahead for a warranty replacement.
Be aware however; they’ll charge exorbitant shipping fees of $80 USD + taxes ($125.32 CAD) for one (1) plain CF rim (i.e., not a full wheel) while under *warranty* and you’ll HAVE TO PAY AGAIN for duties ($37CAD), and HAVE TO PAY for the bike shop to transfer your old wheel’s parts (spokes and hub and re-tension / re-true) onto the WARRANTIED new CF rim ($90 CAD).

HOWEVER, be patient. Because they’ll take a very looonnnggg time to ship it. They then shipped the wrong rim, first time around, further delaying everything.

Plus, don’t expect any proactive updates from Yoeleo China or the Montreal Canada office rep, re. the warrantied item’s status. Onus is on the customer to constantly nag them for that info.

You’ll waste more than half your biking season when all is said and done. (July 23 - Oct 9 in my case).

Plus with all the fees you’ll have to pay, you’ll wonder if it was truly worth it. Answer: IT ISN’T WORTH IT.

Caveat emptor: Read their fine print under “Warranties” (good luck easily finding that section in their website).

TL;DR, - $252 Out-of-pocket for a *warrantied* rim + 2.5 months wait time without the CF rear wheel + headaches.

With 20/20 hindsight on my Yoeleo warranty experience - when one considers many companies now offer fully “warrantied” (lol) CF wheelsets on AliExpress, for $500-600-700 CAD; I should’ve ordered a complete, new wheelset from AliExpress on July 23, 2024 instead.

If you never have any warranty issues - you’ll never know about their snail-paced, extremely slow turn-around times, and stingy policy of charging the customer for warranty-replaced-item shipping / duties / bike shop labour - because as they say, Ignorance is Bliss.

I have had several orders with Yoeleo Canada (3 sets of carbon rims and 3 frames). Shipping was reasonable and the the bikes and wheels are taking everything I can throw at it! Will be ordering from them again.

Please ! Don't order from yoeleo ,they are a scam , before placing my order ,I sent them an email asking where they would
ship from ,yoeleo replied that they ship from Montreal , and I'm in Toronto ,I thought from Montreal to Toronto it would be fast , so I placed an order for a set of track wheels , as soon as I placed the order yoeleo asked for 20 days to ship the wheels ,I wasn't happy about that ,but I waited , 2 month came and no sign of wheels , I sent yoeleo an email asking about my order ,I asked when it would be shipped ,I got no answer from yoeleo , I panicked called the bank and asked for my money back , the bank put the money back in my account temporarily pending a dispute with yoeleo , a month later I got an email from yoeleo saying they had just shipped the wheels from China ,they told me previously they would be shipping from Montreal now 3 month later yoeleo ship the wheel from China the wheels
came via UPS ,and I refused the order , the order went back to China and yoeleo still filed a dispute trying to get the money from the bank , I still had to send all the emails to the bank ,the bank sent yoeleo packing , what a bunch of crooks this yoeleo is.
