Great classes! The Pranayama class on Wednesday morning is the best way to start my day!

Laurent’s knowledge spans all aspects of yoga, the physical, emotional and spiritual. His years of learning and integrity are evident in all his classes, as too is his vibrant energy. His instructions are clear, considered and always with the option of modifications. I have practiced yoga with Laurent both in the studio and online and love his pranayama classes. He has a loyal following which I believe speaks volumes.

Laurent is a wonderful teacher. He has such dedication and warmth and that infuses his teaching. He is so attuned to the mood of the moment and the needs of his students. Even on zoom there is a lovely energy to his classes and a sense of shared community. His experience and enthusiasm make his classes a joy.

Laurent was recommended to me by a friend when I was recovering from a serious illness and that recommendation is one of the greatest gifts I have ever received. He really understood my condition and has helped me so much with my recovery and with optimising my health and wellbeing. I now feel well and whole again and working with Laurent has been a big part of that. He has been able to meet me where I needed in any given moment. He has a way of intuiting what I need and how best to help me develop my practice and meet the needs of my own body. He has helped me to challenge myself without pushing and is always empathic and caring. I feel safe to try things and to say what I need. I have advanced so much and become an accidental yogi in the process!

I always feel great after Laurent's classes whether group classes or one to one. I love how he combines breathwork, yoga and meditation in his practice. Working with Laurent has been transformative for me and has completely changed my relationship with yoga. I had done yoga for many years and quite liked it but Laurent has quite simply made me fall in love with yoga.

I really enjoyed the breathing workshops. Very informative. The support material to take away was incredibly helpful. I hope to do more workshops / courses with Laurent in the future.

As a sufferer of COPD I have found Laurent’s breathing classes, which I started last year, very beneficial. They also relieved the stress and anxiety that I, along with many others, suffered with quite badly a times, over the past difficult year. Just fantastic Laurent. I’m a convert.

Over the last year i have been a regular to Laurent's online Hatha yoga classes and more. The classes have been a huge help on various levels for me: physically i feel stronger, more subtle, more relaxed, more healthy within body and mind; psychologically they have helped me through this difficult year by keeping a focus on body and breath as tools to keep anxiety at bay and to focus on time, space, kindness as a positive daily attitude to myself; on a more social and community-based level Laurent nurtures an inclusive, respectful, open and humorous atmosphere with his client community - an impressive achievement via zoom.
In classes Laurent maintains careful attention to oral guidance through the yoga moves as instruction, but is also informative in explaining the source and context of the practise, as well as the physical benefits to your body. The classes are never the same, yet have become familiar. I come out of the classes feeling refreshed, calm, educated and equipped to deal with whatever the day brings.

Laurent is a truly exceptional teacher. He brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to his teachings and inspires me in my practice both on and off the mat. I was delighted to find Laurent teaching online as he was one of the teachers I missed the most when I left London. If you want to experience the true essence of yoga, Laurent is wonderful guide.

Laurent is a wonderful teacher with a caring nature. His attention to detail re: posture and tuning in to the body is great.

All Laurent does for us is much appreciated [and you Jose in the busy background work!]. Last night's Yoga focusing on the spine was really interesting and hard. I notice my spine today feels quite stiff.....! That shows me where it's very under-appreciated!!!!!!
I love the way each yoga or the Friday Calm yoga with The Life Centre...is always a meditation on one part of the body or other. Your classes are so varied and 'samey' NEVER is the word. Thank you both for my free class.

I've been training with Lauren for over 10 years now and he is a first class teacher.

Laurent has an incredible way about him. His meditation course helped me learn how to tune out and rest my mind and body. Rejuvenating. He shared course materials and recordings which I’ve been able to use on an ongoing basis. The course was also perfectly priced!

An excellent communicator and teacher, Laurent concentrates on ensuring we get the most out of his classes wherever we are in terms of mobility and ability, watching us carefully and explaining clearly what modifications we need to make. He makes the classes very enjoyable. Five stars!

Every so often, a teacher is discovered who quietly inspires another teacher to grow.

During the pause of open doors in Yoga, Zoom became a bridge to online connection. Looking for recommendations on a Meditation course, I found Laurent.

He brings wisdom, deep knowledge & accesiblity in Asana. In Pranayama, clear & precise instructions. His invitation to practice is full of stories, reflection, humour & most importantly he is humble in his way of teaching Mindful Yoga. His dynamic practice is strong & gentle, easily accessed by a bigger frame like mine.

A true roots teacher for tender beginners & experienced bodies. No frilliness, no self adoration & no unobtainable postures.

Laurent holds space for others to explore, learn & be inspired.
