Subscribed to their newsletter to receive 10% off my first order. Discount code didn’t arrive so emailed three days ago but received no response. Then phoned and was told my request would be looked into and a code emailed to me. Not received. Clearly they don’t want new business. I’ll spend my money with a more responsive and deserving retailer.

I phoned up as I had a question about the thickness of yoga mats. I spoke with Steve who was really helpful, I ended up buying a Manduka pro. Once I ordered, the mat arrived tidily and quickly. Thanks

I ordered a yoga bag from Yoga Studio Store 2.5 weeks ago and have not received my package or any useful tracking information. I have repeatedly tried contacting Yoga Studio Store with zero response and have no idea where my package is or if I am actually going to receive it.

Order placed yesterday for pick up from their site in Poole (I do love supporting local businesses!) I received an email confirming it was ready for collection less than an hour later - great stuff. Picked the items up today, Jo was super helpful and friendly, knew exactly what my order was and it was ready and waiting - what more could I ask for! Fantastic customer service and products received just as described.

At the last minute, I needed some help with a travel yoga mat as I was unsure which option was best for me. I phoned the Yoga Studio Store and they were really helpful and as a new customer, he also advised me of the sign-up discount code. I placed the order online, and everything arrived promptly the next day.

Having arrived back from my travels, I wanted to get a new day-to-day yoga mat, I placed the order and remembered that I needed a bag. The mat ordered was Manduka Pro Long, so heavy and larger than your normal mat, I phoned and spoke with a nice chap who passed me over to a lady who was very familiar with all the bags they sold and she went running around testing the mat in different bags we had a good laugh whilst she did this and she was very helpful.

I would highly recommend the Yoga Studio Store.

Product was fine but delivery and communications were awful. Next day delivery took over 14 days to arrive. Completely false tracking information provided by DHL promising delivery on 4 separate days that never arrived. Have emailed and requested contact via web chat... Completely unresponsive organisation. No means to contact them. Avoid avoid avoid. Or roll the dice... Up to you but I can't recommend.

I bought a Yoga Mat and it was unsuitable. Too thin and too heavy. DPD confirmed the return on 27th March but despite 3 emails and constantly trying their chat facility (which does not work) I have had no response and no refund.
I will now have to take further action. Avoid this company.

Places an order two months back, still haven't seen a thing. Seems like its gone walkabout somewhere but Im left completely in the dark!

Awful experience!

I bought a Yoga mat from Yoga Studio and it really was not suitable for Yoga at all as your hands slipped on it! I used it one time and emailed Yoga Studio to explain the problem I had and to my amazement they replied saying if I post it back I could have a full refund, or if I decided to keep it I could have a partial refund. I posted it back which cost me £6.45 2nd class tracked and I had to buy wrapping also at £2
I waited two weeks and nothing! So I emailed, nothing! I emailed again, nothing! I have emailed 6 times now each time very politely asking where is my refund! 6 weeks later and still no reply and no refund! I have been ghosted!!
Terrible customer service!
Buyer beware.

The company have been in touch with me and apologised for the misunderstanding.
They explained that my emails went into their junk mail box and are now looking at updating their system.
I received my refund and a £15 voucher for my inconvenience!
They have been exonerated :)

Despite a mix up with my order, customer services were outstanding and prompt in supplying me with the missing items. This is a small company and operate with limited means. I appreciate the service and would recommend highly

If I could give no stars I would.

The gloves supplied are probably more suited to a child's hand.

I have a medium hand (always purchase medium in all gloves).

I do not believe even the Large size would fit a normal sized medium hand.

Despite their Customer Service claiming there was a sizing chart displayed against these gloves there was not.

They have caused me a lot of disappointment, frustration and unnecessary aggro.

Outstanding service (Paula and Steve) and super fast delivery times. I had a product issue with my mat and bag within the first 30 days. Contacted yoga studio and pleasantly surprised at response times (refreshing!). Personal replies each time and only automated response was when I first submitted details of my issue on a Sunday night. Issue resolved quickly, with them also contacting the manufacturer of the products I purchased. Delighted with replacements. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Paula and Steve!

Being able to speak to real people on the phone who go out of their way to help, fast delivery - just amazing service. These guys are a breath of fresh air! Will certainly continue to use them for everything yoga and more.

Beware ! You have to book but classes are cancelled at such short notice that I can't comment on the actual teaching

I was left standing outside the studio at 8 am in the freezing street. My office only opens at 9.30.

Such a disrespectful way to treat students.

Awful experience.
I ordered two months ago and I still don't have my items. It seems to be lost somewhere but I have no way to know what to do. I wrote 3 mails with no answer. Lack of customer service. Obviously not able to deliver properly in France.
Don't recommand at all.

I order a salt lamp that was advertised with a lead and dimmer switch. When it arrived it came with a different lead and no dimmer switch as shown. After contacting them they said they had ran out and they would removed the picture. Didn't offer to sort my purchase out. I would not have brought it had I known it was incorrectly advertised and I don’t want to pay the return postage and be out of pocket. Disappointing service.
Happy to say this has now been resolved and they are sending me the correct cable when it is back in stock, thank you.

Bought a Meditation pillow from here. Just love it, great quality and the pattern (Toucan) brightens up the room. Only my first week and i notice the change in my posture. And some strength returning to my lower back.

Very happy with my purchase. Bought a yoga mat and the quality is amazing! Super happy and will be buying more bits and bobs.
