I will be hesitant to make any future purchases from YogaTribe NZ and will certainly not recommend them to others.
I am extremely disappointed with the response I received from YogaTribe NZ. Not only did the email lack basic courtesy like a simple "hello," but it also felt dismissive and condescending. The tone and content of the email clearly showed a lack of respect for my concerns as a customer. This experience has significantly tarnished my view of the company. I had expected a more professional and empathetic response, but instead, I felt belittled and ignored. Moving forward, I will be hesitant to make any future purchases from YogaTribe NZ and will certainly not recommend them to others.

We have received your pocket perfume this morning and its definitely nothing wrong with it.
As you did , we also asked to our colleagues and everyone here has agreed that is “ absolutely” nothing wrong with it.
In the future , I suggest that before buying something online , you previously prepared yourself to the fact that you might not like it.
