I’m really sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived. I can see it was placed on 15 January and dispatched on 16 January, but it was sent via an untracked service so we’re unable to view delivery scans.

Good value and great results
The face wash I bought is lovely to use, and I can see the difference in my skin after two weeks. I think my skin glows after using it, as it is a mild exfoliator, and it's very affordable compared to what I had been using.

Great service and beautiful products
The service was great and my products arrived so quickly. I especially love the eye patches and overnight mask. My skin feels amazing since I got my order and it was all such good value for money. I’ll definitely be placing another order when it all runs out.
